Conditions of Participation for
"Share your Latest Review for HONOR Magic8 Pro" Event

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the "Share your Latest Review for HONOR Magic8 Pro" Event (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion” or “Activity”, or “Event”), the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use (agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of this Promotion is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Third Floor, 136 George St., London, W1H 5LD, United Kingdom and company number 13152943 (hereinafter referred to as, “we”, “our” or “HONOR”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are
(1) aged 18 years or over and,
(2) resident in UK.

3.2 Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, their family members and employees of any collaborating partners who are or have been involved in the creation or implementation of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and Joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This event will run from 00:01 8th January 2026 to 23:59 28th February 2026 (“Review & Win Period”) and this Review & Win event is only applicable for the purchase of HONOR Magic8 Pro made on HONOR UK Website and My HONOR APP.

4.2 To participate in the event, participants must during the Review & Win Period:
(a) Complete a purchase of HONOR Magic8 Pro on HONOR Website or My HONOR APP;
(b) Submit a review with a detailed description (minimum 15 words) of the HONOR Magic8 Pro’s performance.

4.3 Each review counts as one entry to this event and reviews with the same order number will be entitled to a maximum of one entry for this event.

4.4 Submission of irrelevant contents are considered invalid.

5. Prize

5.1 100 Vouchers to purchase HONOR SuperCharge Wireless Charger Stand (Max 100W) for £1

a. 100 winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. according to the timestamp of valid entries as recorded by HONOR’s server in GMT.

b. 100 vouchers for the purchase of the HONOR SuperCharge Wireless Charger Stand (Max 100W) ("Prizes") will be awarded to the winners.

c. The winners will be able to purchase the HONOR SuperCharge Wireless Charger Stand (Max 100W) https://www.honor.com/uk/accessories/honor-supercharge-wireless-charger-stand/buy/ on HONOR UK Website or My HONOR APP for £1 by redeeming the Prize.

d. The voucher code is valid until and including 15th April 2026.

e. We will announce the winner on our website (https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/) on 15th March 2026. If there is any objection to the result of the winner, you can send a message to our Live Chat Specialists before 15th March 2026. Any late submissions regarding the result of the winner will not be considered. If there are reasonable objections, we will take steps to re-select the winner, or disqualify the disputed winner and re-select a new step winner; The end of the publicity period is 20th March 2026

f. Once the winners have been confirmed, we will contact the winners on 20th March 2026 via email or phone number (SMS) (as registered on the HONOR UK Website) and send them the voucher code.

5.2 Three Vouchers to purchase HONOR CHOICE Portable Bluetooth Speaker Pro for £1

a. Three winners will be randomly selected through our internal system.

b. Three vouchers for the purchase of the HONOR CHOICE Portable Bluetooth Speaker Pro ("Prizes") will be awarded to the winner.

c. The winner will be able to purchase the HONOR CHOICE Portable Bluetooth Speaker Pro https://www.honor.com/uk/honor-choice/honor-choice-portable-bluetooth-speaker-pro/buy/ on HONOR UK Website or My HONOR APP for £1 by redeeming the Prize.

d. The voucher code is valid until and including 15th April 2026.

6. Extra Prize Terms

6.2 The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the Prizes.

6.3 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.4 Compensation of the Prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

6.5 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize. The Prizes are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Liability

The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for damages and losses or deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, or in other cases where fraud, abuse and/or a (human or technical) error affects or could affect the proper conduct of this Campaign or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time, but will endeavour to minimise the impact on participants in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By participating in these activities, HONOR will collect your information including your email account and/or phone number.

8.2 The winners will be announced on Honor’s website https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/ after the selection by using their email address provided in anonymized form (e.g. 123***@gmail.com).

8.3 Your data will be stored in the UK and processed by us as the data controller, and our authorized representatives only for the purposes of running the promotion and awarding the prizes.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid or unenforceable by any applicable law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the the validity and enforceability of any other provisions not so held.

9.2 All legal relationships arising from or in connection with these conditions and the events shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Welsh courts.

9.3 If there is reasonable cause to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, exercise the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

9.4 The Organizer reserves the right to declare void, suspend, cancel, or amend these terms and conditions where it becomes reasonably necessary to do so.
