Conditions of Participation for
"Leave a Review and Get HONOR CHOICE Headphones Pro at One
Pound" Event

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the “Leave a Review and Get HONOR CHOICE Headphones Pro at One Pound” (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion” or “Activity”, or “Event”), the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use (agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of this Promotion is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Third Floor, 136 George St., London, W1H 5LD, United Kingdom and company number 13152943 (hereinafter referred to as, “we”, “our” or “HONOR”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are

(1) aged 18 years or over and,

(2) resident in UK.

3.2 Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, their family members and employees of any collaborating partners who are or have been involved in the creation or implementation of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and Joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This event will run from 00:01 28th August 2025 to 23:59 31st October 2025 (“Review & Win Period”) and this Review & Win event is only applicable for the purchase of HONOR Magic V5 made on HONOR UK Website and My HONOR APP. Participation requires a valid purchase of HONOR Magic V5 during the Review & Win Period .

4.2 To participate in the event, participants must during the Review & Win Period:

(a) Complete a purchase of HONOR Magic V5 on HONOR Website or My HONOR APP;

(b) Submit a review with a detailed description (minimum 15 words) of the HONOR Magic V5’s performance, features and usage experience, ensuring that the review reflects the participant’s genuine and honest opinion based on their actual use of the product, and send the screenshot to the Live Chat Specialists (pop-up window on the bottom right of every page on the HONOR UK website).

4.3 Each review counts as one entry to this event and each participant with the same HONOR account registered on the HONOR UK website will be entitled to a maximum of one entry for this event and will have the chance to win a maximum of one prize unit during the review and win period.

4.4 Submission of irrelevant contents are considered invalid. Irrelevant contents include, but are not limited to: reviews unrelated to HONOR Magic V5, reviews containing offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content, spam, or promotional content for other products .

5. Prize

5.1 100 winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. according to the timestamp of valid entries as recorded by HONOR’s server in GMT .

5.2 100 vouchers for the purchase of the HONOR CHOICE Headphones Pro ("Prizes") will be awarded to the winners.

5.3 The winners will be able to purchase the HONOR CHOICE Headphones Pro https://www.honor.com/uk/honor-choice/vz-sport-mate-headphones-pro/buy/ on HONOR UK Website or My HONOR APP for £1 by redeeming the Prize.

5.4 The voucher code is valid until and including 30th November 2025.

5.5 We will announce the winners on our website (https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/) on 15th November 2025. If there is any objection to the result of the winners, you can send a message to our Live Chat Specialists before 15th November 2025. Any late submissions regarding the result of the winners will not be considered. If there are reasonable objections, we will take steps to re-select the winners, or disqualify the disputed winner and re-select a new step winner; The end of the publicity period is 15th November 2025.

5.6 Once the winners have been confirmed, we will contact the winners on 16th November 2025 via email or phone number (SMS) (as registered on the HONOR UK Website) and send them the voucher code.

6. Extra Prize Terms

6.1 HONOR Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply, see: https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/.

6.2 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the Prizes.

6.3 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.4 Compensation of the Prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

6.5 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize. The Prizes are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Liability

The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for damages and losses or deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, or in other cases where fraud, abuse and/or a (human or technical) error affects or could affect the proper conduct of this Campaign or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time, but will endeavour to minimise the impact on participants in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By submitting the entry, participants will provide their personal data, including their HONOR ID, email account and telephone number, which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for purposes related to the administration of the competition and the awarding of prizes.

8.2 All winners will be announced on our website (https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/) on 15th November 2025 using their anonymized HONOR ID (e.g. 123***@gmail.com).

8.3 Participants’ personal data will be stored in the UK and kept for two years from the end of the Campaign.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9.2 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

9.3 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.
