Terms and Conditions of Participation for
“Register to win the HONOR Magic V6 and HONOR’s tech products for £1 and receive a
£500 Early Bird Voucher” Activity

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the Register to win the HONOR Magic V6 and new products for £1” (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion” or “Activity”, or “Event”), the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use (agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of this Promotion is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Third Floor, 136 George St., London, W1H 5LD, United Kingdom and company number 13152943 (hereinafter referred to as, “we”, “our” or “HONOR”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are

(1) aged 18 years or over and,
(2) resident in UK.

3.2 Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, their family members and employees of any collaborating partners who are or have been involved in the creation or implementation of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and Joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This promotion will take place from 11th June 2026 to 9th July 2026 ("Subscribe and Win Period")

4.2 To participate in this promotion, the participant must subscribe to the HONOR newsletter by entering his/her email address or WhatsApp number during the subscribe & Win Period at https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/new-launch/. Submissions received outside of this period will not be considered.

4.3 Subscriptions from the same email address or WhatsApp number will be considered as a single entry.

4.4 Participation containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and returned by the Organizer.

5. Prize

5.1 Voucher to purchase (HONOR CHOICE Pet Companion Robot + HONOR CHOICE DigaCite Digital Photo) for £1

b. A inaugural prize draw will take place once subscribers reach 5,000.

c. The winner will be selected by a computerised randomisation process from.

d. The Prize (Voucher Code) will be sent to the winner’s email address submitted with the entry on 15th August 2026.

e. The Voucher Code will be valid until and including 15th September 2026.

b. Our second prize draw will take place once subscribers reach 10,000.

c. The winner will be selected by a computerised randomisation process from.

d. The Prize (Voucher Code) will be sent to the winner’s email address submitted with the entry on 15th August 2026.

e. The Voucher Code will be valid until and including 15th September 2026.

5.3 Voucher to purchase HONOR MagicPad3 for £1

a. One (1) Voucher will be awarded for the purchase of HONOR MagicPad3 on HONOR UK Online Store [https://www.honor.com/uk/] or My HONOR APP for only 1 Pound.

b. Our third prize draw will take place once subscribers reach 20,000.

c. The winner will be selected by a computerised randomisation process from.

d. The Prize (Voucher Code) will be sent to the winner’s email address submitted with the entry on 15th August 2026.

e. The Voucher Code will be valid until and including 15th September 2026.

5.4 Voucher to purchase HONOR Magic V6 for £1

a. Two (2) Vouchers will be awarded for the purchase of HONOR Magic V6 on HONOR UK Online Store [https://www.honor.com/uk/] or My HONOR APP for only 1 Pound.

b. Our third prize draw will take place once subscribers reach 30,000.

c. The winner will be selected by a computerised randomisation process from.

d. The Prize (Voucher Code) will be sent to the winner’s email address submitted with the entry on 15th August 2026.

e. The Voucher Code will be valid until and including 15th September 2026.

5.5 £500 voucher

a. All the participants who have subscribed during the Subscribe and Win Period will receive a £500 voucher for the purchase of HONOR Magic V6 on the HONOR UK Online Store https://www.honor.com/uk/phones/honor-magic-v6/buy/ or the My HONOR APP.

b. The Prize (Voucher Code) will be sent to the participant’s email address or WhatsApp submitted with the entry on 11th June 2026.

c. The Voucher Code will be valid from 9th July 2026 to 9th August 2026.

6. Extra Prize Terms

6.1 The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.3 Compensation of the prize in cash, its exchange, or its transfer to another person is excluded.

6.4 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if participants are not able to take up the prize.

6.5 The same participant can only win the prize from 5.1 to 5.4 once.

7. Data Protection

7.1 By participating in these activities, HONOR will collect your information including your email account and/or phone number.

7.2 The winners will be announced on Honor’s website https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/ after the selection by using their email address provided in anonymized form (e.g. 123***@gmail.com).

7.3 Your data will be stored in the UK and processed by us as the data controller, and our authorized representatives only for the purposes of running the promotion and awarding the prizes.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.2 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the events are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

8.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

8.4 The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
