Terms and conditions for the
“Magic insider of HONOR Magic V5” Program

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the “Magic insider of HONOR Magic V5” Program (hereinafter referred to as “Program” or “Activity”, or “Event”), the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use (agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of this Promotion is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Third Floor, 136 George St., London, W1H 5LD, United Kingdom and company number 13152943 (hereinafter referred to as, “we”, “our” or “HONOR”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The Program is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the Program, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. Only one entry per person per Program is permitted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same email account, the first entry only will be accepted.

3.4 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

3.5 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these conditions, tampers with the Program, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner may be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5

4. Participation

4.1 To participate, participants shall submit their responses to all questions listed on the following Application Page: https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/new-launch/ and subscribe to HONOR UK Newsletters by entering their email address or WhatsApp number. Entries submitted in any other location shall not be eligible for this Program.

4.2 The Program will run from 00:00 on 2nd July 2025 to 23:59 on 31st. July 2025. Submissions received outside of this period will not be considered.

4.3 Participation in this Program is free of charges and/or fees, and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.

4.4 The Organizer is not responsible for any entries that are lost or delayed for any reason.

5. Magic Insider Selection and Acceptance

5.1 Five Magic Insiders will be selected by HONOR’s in-house marketing team from all eligible entries, based on the motivation and capabilities shown in the responses submitted via the Application Page.

5.2 Selected Magic Insiders will be notified via email/WhatsApp within 72 hours after the deadline and hereby give consent to the disclosure of their name on HONOR’s website https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/ and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).

5.3 Selected Magic Insiders must accept the participation opportunity within 72 hours after receiving notification. If the Magic Insider fails to accept within this period, the opportunity shall be forfeited, and a new participant will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

5.4 The decision of the Organizer is final. Selected Magic Insiders will be required to sign the Sample Device Evaluations Agreement prior to receiving the device.

6. Program Participation Details

6.1 Magic Insiders will receive one of five samples of the HONOR Magic V5 for a one-month evaluation period.

6.2 The device will be sent by the Organizer via post to the address provided by the Magic Insider. The postal address must be in the UK. The Magic Insider shall promptly confirm receipt of the device to the Organizer.

6.3 Magic Insiders must be available to test the HONOR Magic V5 for a period of one month and are expected to create content (words, images, and videos) about their experience with the device, and share your HONOR Magic V5 using experience on social media. If the Magic Insider cannot complete these actions, the Organizer reserves the right to reclaim the device.

6.4 At the end of the one-month period, the Magic Insider shall arrange the prompt return of the device to the Organizer via recorded delivery.

6.5 Magic Insiders are responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in receiving the device.

6.6 The device is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 By participating in the Program and accepting the Prize, the Magic Insider accepts that the Organizer has the right to use their words, images and video materials for the purposes of product and brand marketing in global areas for two years for free, including but not limited to using submissions in social media, print media, printings, exhibitions, retail stores, roadshows, digital content, out-of-home media, and other marketing activities.

7.2 The Magic Insider warrants that his/her submitted entry is free of third-party rights, in particular, free of copyrights, logos and other intellectual property rights (e. g. patents, trademarks, design rights, know-how, etc.), and that the Magic Insider has the right to grant a license to the Organizer pursuant to section 7.1.

7.3 The Magic Insider agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organizer (including its affiliate, officers, employees, and agents) against any claim by any third party due to a breach of section 7.2.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Program.

8.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Program or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

8.3 If any provision of these official terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.4 All legal relationships arising because of or in connection with these terms and conditions and the Program are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the place of jurisdiction is England.

9. Data Protection

9.1 By entering your email address/WhatsApp, participants agree to receive the latest offers and information on HONOR products, events and services from HONOR.

9.2 By entering, participants also agree to provide their personal information which will be used and disclosed by the Organizer and its authorised agents for the purposes of Program administration and prize fulfilment. Personal information collected by the Organizer is subject to the Organizer’s Privacy Statement.

9.3 Participants can unsubscribe at any time after the Program has ended.
