Conditions of participation for
"4mmChallenge"

1. Scope

By participating in this challenge (hereinafter also referred to as ‚Campain‘ or ‚Activity‘) the participant agrees to these conditions

2. Organizer

The organizer of this Promotion is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Third Floor, 136 George St., London, W1H 5LD, United Kingdom and company number 13152943 (hereinafter referred to as, “we”, “our” or “HONOR”).

3. Eligibility

a. Persons who meet the following criteria at the time of participation are eligible to participate in the promotion:

(1) are at least 18 years of age, and

(2) re resident in the United Kingdom

b. Employees of the organiser and affiliated companies, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in the conception or implementation of the event are excluded from participation.

c. Participation is only possible in one's own name; joint submissions are not permitted. Multiple entries are not permitted.

d. HONOR reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation or behave dishonestly or contemptuously.

4. Participation

a. This campaign will take place from 11:00 a.m. on August 19, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. on September 9, 2025 ("Review and Win Period").

(3) Like the post of this Challenge,

(4) Post a Photo or Video comparing any object with a thickness between 4.00mm and 4.5mm with a HONOR Magic V5. Accepted formats are Foto, Video, GIF, and Use the Hashtag #HONORMagic V5 and #4mmChallenge for the post.

5. Prize

a. The following prizes can be won:

(1) Voucher to purchase HONOR CHOICE Haylou Watch for £1.

(2) Voucher to purchase HONOR CHOICE Portable Bluetooth Speaker Pro for £1.

b. The winners will be selected in accordance with the likes their post/submission received:

c. If the number of likes is the same, the post with the most comments wins; if the number of comments is the same, the post submitted first wins.

d. The cut-off time for determining the winners is 09 September 2025, 08:59:59.

e. HONOR will notify the winner through a post on its Facebook account on September 10, 2025.

f. The Prize (Voucher Code) will be sent to the winner’s email address submitted with the entry on 15th September 2025.

g. The Voucher Code will be valid until and including 30th September 2025.

h. Prizes which do not need to be redeemed will be sent out 5 working days after the end of the event.

i. If the winners do not cooperate in accepting the prizes or do not respond within 72 hours after being contacted by Honor, Honor reserves the right to declare the next highest bidder as the winner instead.

j. Vouchers/coupons can be redeemed in the HONOR UK Online Store or in the My HONOR app without a minimum order value (shipping costs apply to orders under EUR 99). The vouchers are only valid between 15th September 2025 and 30th September 2025 and will expire without replacement after this period.

6. Further conditions

a. Participants are responsible for all taxes and fees incurred as a result of their participation and acceptance of the prize.

b. The organiser accepts no responsibility if participants are unable to claim their prizes.

c. The organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the organiser's control make this necessary.

7. Facebook Terms

Reference is made to the terms of service (https://www.facebook.com/terms/) and privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/) of the Facebook platform.

8. IPR Rights

a. By participating, participant guarantees that,

(1) that he owns the rights to the images and image files you upload or have obtained the necessary permissions from the legal owners to use and share them,

(2) and, hold the copyright to the uploaded images and image files.

b. By uploading content, participants grant Honor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute the uploaded images and image files in all media, including, but not limited to, social media, websites and promotional materials.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

a. HONOR shall not be liable, within the limits of the law, for any damage, loss or deletion of data resulting from technical faults, viruses or delays.

b. By participating, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honor from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from the images and image files they upload, including but not limited to any claims for infringement of intellectual property rights or personal rights.

10. Reservation of changes

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, or in other cases where fraud, misuse and/or a (human or technical) error affects or could affect the proper conduct of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, we reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time, but will endeavour to minimise the impact on participants.

11. Data Privacy

a. By participating, Honor collects your personal data, in particular your Facebook ID/account. In case of Prizes being sent we will process your address.

b. Your data will be stored in Country and used by us, as the data controller, and our agents for the purpose of conducting the promotion and awarding the prizes.

12. Miscellaneous

a. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be declared invalid by a law, regulation, order or rule of a government or by a final decision of a competent court, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the other provisions not declared invalid.

b. The law of England and Wales shall apply.
