Terms and Conditions of Participation for
“HONOR 600 Puzzle Game Event” Promotion

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the “HONOR 600 Puzzle Game Event” event (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion” or “Activity”, or “Event”), the participant accepts these terms and conditions. 1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use (agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of this Promotion is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Third Floor, 136 George St., London, W1H 5LD, United Kingdom and company number 13152943 (hereinafter also referred to as, “we”, “our” or “HONOR”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are

(1) aged 18 years or over and,
(2) resident in UK.

3.2 Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, their family members and employees of any collaborating partners who are or have been involved in the creation or implementation of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and Joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event

4. Participation

4.1 This Promotion will run from 00:01 15th April 2026 to 23:59 6th May 2026 (“Register & Win Period”) via our online store https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/new-launch/.

4.2 To participate in this activity, the participant must subscribe to the HONOR newsletter by entering his/her email address during the Register & Win Period.

4.3 Participation containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified by the Organizer.

5. Prize

5.1 Voucher to purchase HONOR CHOICE DigaCite Digital Photo £1

a. One (1) Voucher will be awarded for the purchase of HONOR CHOICE DigaCite Digital Photo on HONOR UK Online Store [https://www.honor.com/uk/] or My HONOR APP for only 1 Pound.

b. Five winners will be selected by a computerised randomization process.

c. The Prize (Voucher Code) will be sent to the winner’s email address submitted with the entry on 31st May 2026.

d. The Voucher Code will be valid until and including 30th June 2026.

6. Extra Prize Terms

6.1 The winner(s) will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.3 Compensation of the prize in cash, its exchange, or its transfer to another person is excluded.

6.4 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility, if participants are not able to take up the prize.

6.5 For the purchase of HONOR 600, HONOR Terms and Conditions of sale https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/ shall apply.

7. Liability

7.1 The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.

7.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organizer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By participating in this Promotion, HONOR will collect your information including your email account, phone number and bank account from your purchase order.

8.2 The winner(s) will be announced on our website https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/ on 31st May 2026 by using the email address provided in anonymized form (e.g. 123***@gmail.com).

8.3 Your data will be stored in the UK and processed by us as the data controller, and our authorized representatives only for the purposes of running the promotion and awarding the prizes.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

9.2 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts..

9.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

9.4 The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
