Conditions of Participation for
"Guess Price and Get HONOR Magic V2 at One Pound" Event

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the event, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use(https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the event is HONOR Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer” or “we”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are

(1) aged 18 years or over and;

(2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the event, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This event will run from 00:01 16th January, 2024 to 23:59 24th February, 2024(“Guess & Win Period”). One (1) voucher for HONOR Magic V2(“Prize”) will be awarded to the winner under this event. The winner will be able to purchase the HONOR Magic V2 for £1 with the voucher issued by the Organizer.

4.2 To stand a chance to win the Guess&Win Prize, participants have to select price options and subscibe for HONOR Magic V2 on https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/honor-magic-v2 (“HIHONOR Website”) during the Guess & Win Period, the price options are £1999.99, £1899.99, and £1699.99, If the correct choice is selected, the participant has a chance to get HONOR Magic V2 at one pound (£1).

4.3 Each participant will be entitled to maximum one (1) entry only for this event;

4.4 Winner of the event will be selected by the Organizer subject to the conditions of this event.

4.5 Submission of irrelevant contents are considered invalid.

4.6 One participant will be selected as winner by a random computer process from participants who guessed the correct price for HONOR Magic V2.

4.7 We will announce the winner on our website (https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/) on 24th February 2024. By taking part in this event, participants hereby accept the disclosure of his/her email address or phone number (both anonymised) on the above website.

4.8 If there is any objection to the results of the winner, you can send a message to our Live Chat specialists(Pop-up window in the bottom right corner of every page on the HONOR UK website) before 24th February 2024. Any late submissions regarding the result of the winner will not be considered. If there are reasonable objections, we will take necessary steps to re-select the winner; The end of the publicity period is 24th February 2024, if we can confirm beyond reasonable doubt the result of the winner at that time, we will contact the winner via email or phone number (SMS) (as registered with HIHONOR UK Website) and send them the voucher code for purchasing the HONOR Magic V2 within 3 working days of the end of the publicity period.

4.9 Prize will be given as voucher and the winner can use the voucher to purchase the HONOR Magic V” on HIHONOR UK Website or My HONOR APP (free shipping)，Please note that the winner has to pay £1 in this purchase.

5. Prize Terms

5.1 The voucher can only be used for ordering at HIHONOR UK Website and HONOR Terms and Conditions of sale shall apply, see: https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/.

5.2 The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

5.3 Prize and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

5.4 Compensation of the prize in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

5.5 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if participants are not able to take up the prize. The prize are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

5.6 In the Guess & Win Event, the voucher code for HONOR Magic V2 is valid until and including 15th March 2024.

5.7 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on participants behalf.

6. Voucher

6.1 In the Early Bird Voucher Event, all participants who subscribe to HONOR Newsletters on https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/honor-magic-v2/ from 16th January 2024 to 24th February 2024 shall receive a voucher code for £200 off on an order of HONOR Magic V2 5G placed on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and My HONOR APP;

6.2 The voucher code will be sent by email after successful subscription.

6.3 In the Early Bird Voucher Event, the vouchers are valid from 16th January 2024 to 24th February 2024.

7. Liability

The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data Protection

By taking part in the event, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of event administration and prize fulfilment. Your personal data will be retained for 2 years from the end of the Event. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. Personal information collected by the Organizer is subject to the Organizer’s Privacy Statement.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

9.2 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.

9.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organzier may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

9.4 The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
