What does Dropzone actually do in Optimizer app?

Does anyone know what Dropzone actually does in Optimizer app? If I open up this option I can see all the apps on my phone including system apps. Some are already ticked and some aren't. Im assuming it's something different to auto launch app options and ignore battery optimization. I didn't want to mess with it until I know exactly what it does. Please see screenshots if you haven't seen this option before. Many thanks
