I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from HONOR. I purchased an item online that does not work and is not compatible as described, yet the return process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
Despite the return being approved, no return label was provided, and there has been a complete lack of clear communication or support on how to send the item back. Customer service responses are slow, unhelpful, and do not resolve the issue. For an online purchase, the inability to return a faulty or unusable product easily is completely unacceptable.
This experience has shown a serious lack of care for customers after the sale is completed. I would not recommend ordering online from HONOR unless you are prepared to face significant problems if something goes wrong.
