Hey Honor Fans,
I hope all are good. Finally, I m back now, these days I was busy with my WORK sorry for the late and now I m totally free, so let's go. Today I would like to discuss updating tips, which can help you.

When the system releases a new version, if you want to be the first batch of updated users, firstly you should apply for update registration in the member service. Usually, you may encounter the following two situations during the application process.
1. After successfully applying for a version update in HiCare, no update package is displayed on the System update screen and the user is notified that "Your software is up to date."
2. The updated version that the user has applied for can't be viewed on HiCare and the user is notified that "Your software is up to date."
The first reason is caused that the HiCare version is incompatible with the Huawei Mobile Services version.
And the second one is caused that the country/region specified in HiCare is not the same as the country/region where the phone was sold.
This issue may possibly occur when the phone is roaming and HiCare updates it's country/region based on the location of the phone.
So, to help you resolve these two troubles, I've sorted out the solution:
For problem 1:
a. Make sure to update HiCare and Huawei Mobile Services to the latest version.
b. Open Settings, search for and access Apps, then go to HiCare > Storage > CLEAR DATA to delete the cache for HiCare.
c. Open Settings, search for and access Apps, touch Software update/System update, then go to > Uninstall updates.
d. Restart your phone. Open HiCare and apply for the update again. The issue should then be resolved.
For problem 2:
a. Set the correct country/region for HiCare by going to HiCare > Me > Settings > Select country/region. For example, if you are using a China version phone, select China.
b. Switch to a different network to search for and download the update package. For example, if you are using a Wi-Fi network, switch to the mobile data network, or vice versa.
Got any doubts? Just comment down below I will get back to you soon,
Hope you feel helpful,
Thank you...
