I purchased this smartphone in November 2022. It is with regret that I write this negative review.
Buying this phone came highly recommended by the sales assistant in the Westfield store in Stratford.
The first three months I was happy then things started to change. Tried speaking to Honor helpline who after asking lots of questions suggested that I send the phone to them without offering a backup plan.
Tried to write a review via My Honor app but the screen kept flashing.
When using the phone for calls I have regularly had to end the call as the person on the other end are not able to hear me. Also frequently speaking the line cuts and the call is ended.
To say I am disappointed and feel let down with this phone is an understatement. I didn't want to write this review but felt compelled. Don't want others to be in the same situation as it seems my only solution is to find the money for a new one.
Hope this is received in the appropriate hands.
