HONOR Band 6 * Xiaomi Mi Band 6 - How do they compare?
I’ve been diving deep when it comes to HONOR’s latest product launch, the HONOR Band 6. Not only, do I love the positioning of the device as a smartwatch-band but I also appreciate the upgrade in style that the Band 6 has over its predecessor, the Band 5. But how does HONOR’s latest wearable stand up against its competitors?

Today, I want to look at a more direct competitor - Xiomi Mi Band 6.
Perhaps the largest difference between HONOR Band 6 an Xiomi Mi Band 6 are their aesthetics. Both feature decent sized AMOLED displays with the same water-resistance levels, however their shape differs in that the Band 6 is more square against the rounds of the Mi Band 6. Personally, I prefer the more cuboidal design of the HONOR Band 6 as it looks more contemporary and masculine.
Internally, both devices match up very similarly although it is integral to note that the battery size in the HONOR Band 6 is larger at 180 mAh, providing more capacity to last longer through its full 14-day battery lifecycle. This also means that a 10-minute charge is enough to give you the juice to last up to 3 days.
Spec wise, both the HONOR Band 6 and Xiomi Mi Band 6 are very similar. If you need an affordable device to handle your sporting activities and fitness needs, then both trackers will suit you well. But, If style is equally as important, than I would definitely recommend the HONOR Band 6, with its more handsome exterior, perfect for everyday wearing.
