Huawei are you kiting?
I am having the same problem with Magic 2. I have used the watch for the last 6 months and there was no issues like that. Everything started after the latest update. There was no problem with the heart rate before on Honor Magic Watch 2. It started after the last firmware update. The heart beat rate is almost by 50 bpm per minute off the chart when you do elliptical exercise. So I started to use 2 devices at the same time, the Magic 2 and Honor Band 5, or Huawei Fit. While the Honor Band 5 and Huawei Fit shows a heart rate of 180bpm per minute the magic watch is stuck at 130-135 bpm for the hole hour of exercise and doesn't move from there despite of whatever you do. It didn't do it in the last 6 month and I don't think that the quantity of sweat changed now. And I am using your other 2 devices that are your product for comparation and they show the same results while Magic Watch is way off the charts. So stop giving useless device but start to fix the real problem which was your update.
Probably we should start looking at Samsung or Garmin products. We bought this watch to give us proper fitness feedback not bring us to near death experience. As the previous members said, the inaccuracy of Magic Watch 2 will hurt someone or cause more serious problems. As I said in the same quantity of sweat but your 2 other devices shows correct numbers while Magic watch plays around and does nothing.
There is not a sweat problem at all, is a sensor problem or a firmware update problem. There are so many people that are reporting the same issue. I don't think the watch just figure it out just now that it is too much sweat after counting properly for the last 6 motnhs. So do something about and stop giving useless advice.
