Hello HONOR Support,

I have a HONOR 200 (model ELI-NX9) that I purchased in Iraq. I currently use it in Denmark, and it has been working perfectly until last week.

I use two SIM cards:

Telia DenmarkTelenor Denmark

The problem is:

Incoming calls from users on the 3 Denmark network are displayed as "Unknown Number".Calls from all other networks display the caller ID correctly.This happens whether the caller is in my contacts or not.

Troubleshooting already performed:

Factory reset the phone twice.Tested with 7 different people using the 3 Denmark network.The problem occurs with every 3 Denmark caller.If I move my SIM card to another phone (Samsung or OnePlus), caller ID works perfectly, including calls from the 3 network.Therefore, the SIM card and my mobile subscription do not appear to be the cause.

The issue only occurs on my HONOR 200.

Could you please investigate whether this is a software issue or a compatibility problem with caller ID from the 3 Denmark network? If there is a fix, patch, or any additional troubleshooting steps, I would appreciate your help.
