I just got the Honor Band 5 last week working perfectly, exceptional. Loved the interfaces but this morning I got up and found my band having glitches by bringing me to the "change my watch face" interface without me touching the watch by itself.
After it brings me to the interface, it would have an unresponsive menu which last up to 5 minutes.
Please help I already did a factory reset and multiple soft resets. I can't reset the watch when it is also unresponsive so looking for the community for guidance. Thanks.
