How to solve it if your HONOR band 5 is not charging?
If your HONOR Band 5 is not taking charge, refer to this to solve the problem:
To get started, please understand that the troubleshooting and solution to solve the issue that the HONOR Band 5 is not charging is a little bit different in different scenarios. So please ask yourself a few questions:
When was the last time you charged the HONOR Band 5?
Was it working properly the last time?
Did anything happen to the HONOR Band 5 itself? For example, did it drop to the floor? Did it fall into water and mud?
If the HONOR Band 5 is charged to 90% and the battery level doesn’t change for a long period of time, this may result from the charging speed slowing down, which is to ensure optimal battery life.
The HONOR Band 5 may not take charge to take a longer time to fully charge in extremely low or high temperatures. To be more specific, it will stop charging when the ambient temperature is below 0°C or higher than 45°C.

If the environment is good, and the HONOR Band 5 is not charging for an extended period of time, check the charging cable.
Make sure the charging cable, adapter, and the HONOR Band 5 are all properly connected. You may also try to reconnect.
Get a piece of clean cloth to clear both the pin on the charger connector and also on the band itself. You could also use alcohol to clean the metal connector part.
You may also want to try a different charger cable if that is available to help to identify the problem.
Use a 5V adapter rather than a power bank to charge the HONOR Band 5.
