To start with, the HONOR Band 5 is compatible with Android 4.4 and above, iOS 9.0 and above smartphones. Before we starting the pairing process, make sure your smartphone is compatible. Also please note that on iPhones, stranger caller display, Dial center, remote camera, SMARTCARE reminder and mobile payment bus card pay are not supported. The rest are almost the same.
Step 1: Open the AppGallery or Google Play store or any other app store and type the keyword health in the search bar.
Step 2: Find Huawei Health and install that on your Android or iPhone.
Step 3: Open the Huawei Health app then on the bottom press devices.
Step 4: On that page, press “Add” then select Smart bands on the list.
Step 5: Press HONOR Band 4/5 on the next page.
Step 6: Touch “pair”, and the phone will start to search for the Bluetooth. Select in the search result list the name of your HONOR Band 5.
Step 7: On the screen of the HONOR Band 5, a pairing request will pop up. Touch the checkmark to confirm it.
