According to recent reports, Chinese manufacturer Honor is currently working on its latest flagship. The Honor 50 series is scheduled for the first half of this year. However, there are rumors that this device will be released in early June. The latest information about this series concerns the fast charging capacity.

The popular Weibo lekster, @DCS, recently revealed that two new Honor models have just received the Chinese 3C certification.

The model number of the device is RNA-AN00 and it comes with a new charger HN-200500C00. This charger supports 11V 6A to 66W and 20V 5A to 100W fast charging protocol. According to the report, this certification is for the Honor 50 series.

Speculation so far claims that the Honor 50 Pro + will come with a Snapdragon 888 SoC. This smartphone will also use a 50MP main camera in a four rear camera setup. Interestingly, the rear cameras have the same design as the Huawei P50 series. The design of the camera uses a top and bottom ring structure giving it a binocular-like appearance.

The standard model has only two camera sensors on the back. It also has an LED flash next to the camera sensor. In terms of sensor size, one camera is larger than the other. This suggests that the larger sensor will have a larger pixel size. From the leaks so far, it appears that Honor will be introducing a new color scheme with the Honor 50. This device appears to have a combination of blue and purple color transitions, which is quite new for Honor devices.

The exact number of models in this series is still under discussion from now on. While some reports say there are three models (Honor 50, 50 Pro and 50 Pro +), others say this series will only have two models (Honor 50 and 50 Pro). However, it appears that one of these models comes with a Dimensity 1200 SoC. As we said earlier , the Pro model will use the SD888 SoC. This means that the Dimensity chipset is for the standard model. We can safely speculate that they will be running OLED screens and their RAM size should be 8 GB of RAM. The battery should definitely be more than 4,000 mAh and of course there will be support for fast charging.

It should be noted that these are just rumors and there is no official information for now.

Unfortunately, nothing is known about support for GMS. This can be decisive for the European market.
