The phone currently is having real issues with charging.
What it is doing is charging for a short time up to around 40-50%, then stops charging, until it goes below 20%, then charges again. I cannot currently get it to fully charge, and it has made the phone fairly useless.
I have tried to update the software, but the phone keeps saying it has failed and restarts, carrying on the problem. Wiping the phone seems to get it back to charging again, but that only works for a short while before the same problem comes back.
It seems like a software issue, but I cant get it updated, is there another way to fix this?
