Problem:
When charging the phone/tablet while using it, the phone/tablet charges very slowly.
Cause:
- If you play games or watch videos when charging your phone/tablet, part of the output current of the charging adapter will be used to offset the power consumed by your phone's/tablet's touchscreen or other hardware. Therefore, the charging current provided for the battery decreases, resulting in a slower charging speed.
- The phone/tablet will heat up when charging (especially when using fast charge/super charge), as well as while using (especially when playing games). You may feel the phone/tablet get significantly hotter when you use it while charging it. HONOR phones/tablets have a special overheating protection mechanism. When the phone's/tablet's temperature gets high, the charging current decreases and the charging speed slows down until the phone/tablet is fully charged.
Solution:
It is recommended that you not use your phone/tablet while charging, and avoid watching videos or playing games in particular.
