Photos taken with my phone do not have geographical location information

Ensure that your phone settings are correct:
- Open Gallery, go to Settings, and enable Access to Internet and location info and Show location (not available on all phone models).
- Open Camera, touch or in the upper right corner, then enable GPS tag.
Ensure that your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile data network when taking photos or viewing photos in Gallery. A poor reception may result in your phone being unable to obtain your location information.
If Searching for GPS is prompted when taking a photo, please wait until your phone has finished searching.
