  • Click EDIT under MY INFO.
  When you register with your phone number:
  Method 1:
  • Log in and go to My Account.
  • Select Profile.
  • Click EDIT under MY INFO.
  Method 2:
  • Click the Login icon on the HiHONOR website and select More.
  • Click Change phone number.

• How do I update my account details/information? 

  You can log in the HONOR account to update the information.

• I think my account has been hacked or used by someone else. What do I do? 

  Please contact your bank immediately, or you can contact HONOR support team.

• Why the details from my HONOR account regarding the tracking of my package is not synced with the same details from DHL official website?

  Sometimes the logistics information of your account will be updated delay. The information on the DHL official website shall prevail.
