HONOR 90 Series Campaign Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The HONOR 90 Series Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Campaign”) will run from 7th July 2023, 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 22nd July 2023 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism

1. Eligibility

To participate in this Campaign, the customers (“Customer(s)”) must be:

(i) individual(s) residing in Malaysia; and

(ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 7th July 2023.

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following events:

(a) RM1 for Exclusive Vouchers

(i) This RM1 for Exclusive Vouchers event (“Vouchers Event”) will run from 7th July 2023 at 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 20th July 2023 at 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Vouchers Period”).

(ii) To be eligible for this event, Customer(s) are required to fulfil all the criteria below during the Vouchers Event Period:

(a) Customer(s) must subscribe to HONOR newsletter on HIHONOR Website;

(b) Customer(s) must purchase one (1) unit of RM20 HONOR 90 Series Voucher (“Voucher(s)”) at RM1; and

(c) Customer(s) must correctly answer all the questions as determined by HONOR. and the Customer(s) who have fulfilled all criteria in (ii) above will stand a chance to win the following prizes:

Remark: For (ii)(a) and (ii)(b) above, Customer(s) must ensure that he/she uses the same account registered with HONOR to complete those steps when participating in this Vouchers Event. Customer(s) who use different accounts for the purposes in (ii)(a) and (ii)(b) will be disqualified from participating in this Vouchers Event.

Additional Terms & Conditions - RM20 HONOR Series Voucher:

(iv) Upon payment of RM1 for the Voucher(s), a voucher code will be sent to the Customer(s)’s email address (as registered with HIHONOR Website) before 21st July 2023.

(v) The Voucher is only valid for purchases made on HIHONOR Website or via our mobile app during the Campaign Period and must be redeemed by latest 22nd August 2023 11:59 PM (GMT +8). Any Vouchers that are not used or redeemed by 22nd August 2023 11:59 PM (GMT +8) will be expired automatically.

(vi) Each Customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HIHONOR Website can purchase a maximum of one (1) unit of the Voucher only.

(vii) Winners will be notified via their email address or contact number (SMS) (as registered with HIHONOR Website) before 24th July 2023.

(viii) All prizes if not redeemed or claimed by the winners within two (2) weeks from the date of informed email being sent to their email address will be forfeited and cancelled.

(ix) Vouchers Event Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(x) Vouchers Event Prize is subject to availability and HONOR reserves the right to substitute the Vouchers Event Prize with another prize of similar value.

(xi) This Vouchers Event, together with the Vouchers, is only applicable for purchases made on HIHONOR Website or via our mobile app.

(b) HONOR 90 Series Early Bird Deals

(i) The HONOR 90 Series Early Bird Deals event will run from 22nd July 2023 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 22nd July 2023 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Early Bird Deals Period”).

(ii) Customer(s) who purchased the HONOR new products below (“New Product(s)”) from any authorized HONOR available stores (check on HIHONOR Website) will receive the following corresponding free gifts:

(iii) The New Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iv) To be entitled for the free gifts, Customer(s) are required to fulfil all the criteria below during the Early Bird Deals Period, Customer(s) are required to:
(a) visit any authorized HONOR offline stores on 22nd July 2023 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to get a queue number;
(b) purchase either HONOR 90 or HONOR 90 Lite;
(c) Scan the QR code, complete and submit the form;
(d) After receiving the e-wallet reload pin, sign on the e-wallet reload pin collection form. The expiry date for the reload pin will be made available to the Customer(s) at the time when the e-wallet reload pin is provided to the Customer(s). Customer(s) must redeem the e-wallet credit before the expiry date or it will be automatically expired.

Each Customer(s) can purchase a maximum of two (2) units of HONOR 90 and a maximum of two (2) units of HONOR 90 Lite during the Early Bird Deals Period.

(c) New Product Launch

(i) The New Product Launch will run from 22nd July 2023 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 22nd August 2023 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“New Launch Period”).

(ii) Customer(s) who purchased the HONOR new product below (“New Product(s)”) from any authorized online and offline stores set out in Paragraph (iv)

(iii) below during the New Launch Period will receive the following corresponding free gifts:

(iv) Customer(s) can purchase the New Products through any of the channel below, please refer to the applicable terms and conditions before you place your order with them:

(a) HIHONOR Website.

(b) HONOR authorized online stores:

(c) Any other HONOR authorized offline stores

(d) The purchase terms and conditions for this New Product Launch event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable purchase terms and conditions before placing your order.

(v) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy In addition to the standard warranty, any HONOR product(s) purchased during this Campaign Period will be entitled to 1 Year Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Campaign Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the Service Terms and Conditions.

(vi) Customer(s) shall check on HIHONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(vii) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(viii) HONOR reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

(d) Review & Win Prize

(i) This Review and Win event will run from 22nd July 2023 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 22nd August 2023 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Review & Win Period”). A total of five (5) units of Bluetooth Speakers (“Review & Win Prize”) will be awarded to winners under this Review and Win event.

(ii) By leaving a review for HONOR 90 or HONOR 90 Lite Smartphones after purchase on the relevant product page on either HIHONOR Platform, Shopee or Lazada during the Review & Win Period, Customer(s) will stand a chance to win the Review and Win Prize.

(iii) To leave a review, Customer(s) must: -

(a) complete the purchase of HONOR 90 or HONOR 90 Lite on HIHONOR Platform, Shopee or Lazada;

(b) submit a review for the HONOR 90 or HONOR 90 Lite purchased on the relevant product page on the HIHONOR Platform, Shopee or Lazada;

(iv) Each review successfully submitted and completed will qualify as one (1) entry for this Review and Win event. Each Customer(s) with the same account will be entitled to maximum one (1) entry to this Review and Win event.

(v) Winners of the Review & Win Prize will be selected by HONOR subject to the terms and conditions of this Campaign. Decisions of HONOR are final and binding.

(vi) Winners of the Review & Win Prize will be contacted via the same email address or phone number (SMS) registered with HONOR, or through chat on HIHONOR Platform by 30th August 2023.

(vii) The Review & Win Prize is not exchangeable for cash and/or other items, and they are non-transferable. The Review & Win Prize is subject to availability and HONOR reserves the right to substitute the Review & Win Prize with another gift of the similar value.

(viii) This Review & Win event is only applicable for the purchase made on HIHONOR Platform, Shopee or Lazada.

(e) HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Sale

(i) The HONOR products below are available for purchase during this HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Sale. Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the sales price and receive the corresponding free gifts as set out in the table below with purchase of any HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Product(s) below during the Marketing Roadshow Dates:

(ii) The HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Sales Product(s) purchased during the Marketing Roadshow is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) All free gifts are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

(vi) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the event period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy available at https://www.honor.com/my/support/warranty-policy/. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this event period will be entitled to 1 Year Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions available at https://www.honor.com/my/support/content/en-us15824450/. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the event period that come with 1 Year Battery Care or 180 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 1 Year Battery Care or 180 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the Service Terms and Conditions available at https://www.honor.com/my/support/warranty-policy/.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on the HIHONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR

(e) HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Lucky Draw

(i) Customer(s) who purchased a (1) unit of any HONOR product during the Marketing Roadshow is entitled to have to participate in the HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Event”) during the Marketing Roadshow.
Below are the terms and conditions applicable to the Lucky Draw Event:
Customer(s) shall complete the following steps to be HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow products to participate in the Lucky Draw Event:
(a) Purchase the HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Products.
(b) Answer all questions at the Marketing Roadshow event site. Please note that the Customer(s) must answer the questions correctly to qualify to participate in the lucky draw.
(c) Complete the Gift Redemption by providing all relevant details and product serial number, product model purchased. Thereafter, sign and return the Gift Redemption Form.
(d) The number of HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow products entry(ie) that the Customer(s) will get is determined by the total spending of the Customer(s), as follows:
• Customer(s) who spent RM1,500 or above in a single receipt will get two (2) tokens.
• Customer(s) who spent below RM1,500 in a single receipt will get one (1) token.
The token(s) received by the Customer(s) during the Lucky Draw Event will be used to get the prize from Gashapon machine.

(ii) HONOR reserves the right to change or add on the list of the prize for the Lucky Draw Event. HONOR reserves the rights to change the prizes for the Lucky Draw Event with prizes of similar value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. Decision by HONOR will be final and no appeals will be entertained.

(iii) If any information submitted to the event is found to be incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate, the draw shall be deemed invalid, and the HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Customer(s) will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw Event automatically.

(iv) The prizes available for this Lucky Draw Event are as follows:

(v) All prizes are not exchangeable for cash or item and are non-transferable.

(vi) All free gifts are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

(f) HONOR 90 Series Marketing Roadshow Activities Gifts

(i) Customer(s) who have completed all three (3) activities set out below in during Marketing Roadshow is entitled to redeem the free gifts listed in paragraph (e)(ii). The activities to be completed by the Customer(s) are as follows:
(1) Batarak _Fast reaction challenge machine
(2) FIND HONOR 90: Customer(s) are required to use HONOR 90 to complete the mission under this activity.
(3) Left panel for selfie, middle for photo print out, right panel for photo opportunity with Yangyang.

(ii) The prizes to be redeemed by the Customer(s) who completed all 3 activities above are as follows: -

(iii) All free gifts under this event are not covered by warranty of HONOR.

(iv) All free gifts under this event are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

General

(i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

(ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by HONOR Platform Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.

(iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer’s eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

(iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

(vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

(ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

(xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

(xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

(xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
