Eligibility: This complimentary replacement service is only available to HONOR PadX8a Kids Edition


Coverage: The service covers hardware failures of the product itself and hardware failures caused by human factors, such as accidental drops, accidental collisions.


Limitations: This service is available only once per device during the 2-years validity period.


Validity Period: The 2-years period begins from the date of purchase. If the device is sold or transferred to another person, the new owner may enjoy this benefit, but the validity period will remain the same as the original purchase date or activation date.


Claim Process: You must submit your device to an authorized HONOR service center for assessment. If eligible, a new device will be provided as a replacement. For more information, please visit the official HONOR service website
