Terms and Conditions
HONOR Replacement Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is a service provided by Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HONOR” or “we”), for certain devices purchased on specified channels within the event period. This Terms and Conditions for the HONOR Replacement Service (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) constitutes an effective and binding agreement between you and us regarding the HONOR Replacement Service. Please read and understand this Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of this Service signifies your entire acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Contents
(1) When purchasing certain devices on specified channels within the event period, HONOR will provide you with the Service. The Service applies only to specific products that clearly indicate this benefit at the time of purchase. (hereinafter the “Product(s) Covered”).
(2) The Service covers replacement for the Product Covered. Specifically, if the product is diagnosed by HONOR Authorized Service Center, and compliant with official product replacement and warranty policy standards, HONOR will replace the product free of charge one (1) time.
(3) The Service provided has a validity period of twelve (12) months / twenty-four (24) months / thirty-six (36) months (hereinafter the “Validity Period”) subject to the corresponding Product Covered from the date of the product's first activation/power-on (as recorded by HONOR's systems: https://www.honor.com/uk/support/warranty-query/). The Validity Period automatically expires at 24:00 on the expiration date.
You may find the comprehensive List of Products Covered, specified channels, corresponding event period and Validity Period of the Service at the end of section 1.
(4) During the validity period, the user is entitled to redeem this Service once only. Upon redemption, the Service shall expire and may not be used again within the validity period.
(5) The Service is excluded from any of the cases listed in Section 3 “Cases not covered by the Service”.

2. Use of the Service
2.1 Whenever the Product Covered meets the conditions mentioned in Section 1 “Service Contents”, the user can log in to the official website of HONOR Service (https://www.honor.com/uk/support/) and redeem the Service.
2.2 The request to redeem the Service should be made before the expiry of the Validity Period.
2.3 After submitting the Replacement Service request, the user will receive by email a label to send the Product Covered to HONOR’s Authorized Service Center. Upon reception of the Product Covered at HONOR’s Authorized Service Center, the latter will inform the customer of whether the requirements of this Terms and Conditions are met or, if not, will also issue a quotation to be paid by the customer.
2.4 If the customer refuses to pay the service fee or does not proceed to the payment within 30 days, HONOR Authorized Service Center will return the Product Covered to the customer without conducting any repairment.
3. Cases not covered by the Service:
The following cases are excluded from the Service:
(1) Products modified, disassembled, or repaired outside HONOR Authorized Service Centers.
(2) Loss, alteration, or illegibility of product identification, serial number, or warranty seal, resulting in inability to verify warranty eligibility, or lack of proof of purchase.
(3) Software failure or damage is caused by intentional damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
(4) Damage caused by force majeure or accidents such as fire, flood, or impact beyond normal use.
4. Extra Service Terms
4.1 This Service is non-refundable or cancelable except for terminal product returns in accordance with the product warranty policy. At the same time, this Service is associated with the Product Covered purchased by the customer and cannot be transferred to any other person or device.
4.2 If the Product Covered has a quality failure, and the customer applies for its replacement or a motherboard replacement according to the product warranty policy and has not used this service, then:
(1) If a new product is replaced within 30 days of purchase, this Service will be transferred to the new product, and the Validity Period will be recalculated from the date of replacement.
(2) If the motherboard is replaced more than 30 days after purchase, this Service will be transferred to the product corresponding to the new serial number, and the customer can continue to enjoy the remaining time of the Validity Period of this Service.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HONOR is not responsible for any of the following situations:
(1) The loss of customer records or data. Customers are required to send their Product Covered for repair without any personal data.
(2) All kinds of indirect losses caused by product damage, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income or profits, loss of reputation, mental damage, loss of downtime and lost labor, etc. Any other indirect or incidental damages.
The customer agrees that we will provide you with legal products and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and the customer is responsible for using such products at its own risk. If the customer is a minor, he must also obtain the consent of the guardian. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Terms and Conditions, HONOR makes no representation or warranty for this Service (except as otherwise required by law).
In any case, the responsibilities of HONOR under this Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to contract, guarantee, tort, and other liabilities, shall not exceed the total Service fee paid by you.
6. Termination of Service
In any of the following cases, the Service will be terminated automatically.
(1) The expiry of the Validity Period of the Service mentioned in Section 1 of this Terms and Conditions.
(2) Upon inspection by HONOR's Authorized Center, it is determined that circumstances as set forth in Section 3 (Cases not covered by the Service) are present.
(3) If it appears that the customer has deliberately damaged the Product Covered for fraudulent purposes, HONOR may refuse to provide the Service without any liability for not complying with the present Terms and Conditions. At the same time, HONOR reserves the right to take legal action.
7. Dispute resolution
The present Terms and Conditions are governed by England and Wales law. In the event of a dispute during the implementation of these Terms and Conditions, the competent English court shall have the sole jurisdiction.
8. Privacy statement
When making use of the Service, Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. will process, as data controller, personal data provided by customers to provide the Service under the legal basis of fulfilling its obligations specified in the present Terms and Conditions.
Customers may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, right to object, or to data portability and send their request by fulfilling the form available here.

9. Right to Modify and Interpret
Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. holds the final right of interpretation regarding the Service, including but not limited to service content, usage rules, and related rights.
