In AI Privacy Call mode, you can take calls in elevator, office, or a crowded bus without worrying about your calls being overheard by others around you, ensuring the privacy of your calls.
Under AI Privacy Call, please follow the on-screen prompts to keep your ear as close as possible to the best listening area for better listening effect and securing call privacy.
During a call, if you turn on the hands-free function or use a headset, you will automatically exit AI Privacy Call.
Launch AI Privacy Call by default
Go to , and select Enable by default. The phone automatically enters privacy protection mode every time you make a call.
Enable AI Privacy Call intelligently
Go to , and select Enable intelligently. The phone can intelligently sense the volume of the surroundings when making a call. When the call volume is at 13, the phone automatically enters privacy protection mode in quiet environments (while the volume is lowered to 12). When the call volume is at 12, it automatically exits privacy protection mode in noisy environments (while the volume is raised to 13).
You can know whether you are currently in privacy protection mode by the text alerts on the call screen, the appearance and color of the volume bar when selecting Enable by default or Enable intelligently. During a call, you can also use volume buttons to turn down the volume to enter privacy mode or turn up the volume to exit.
When selecting Enable intelligently, manually adjust the volume during a call means that the phone have entered the manual mode and can no longer intelligently switch the mode.
During a call, if you turn on the hands-free function or use a headset, the phone will automatically exit the privacy protection mode.
During each call, the system automatically enters or exits privacy protection mode only once depending on the volume of surroundings.
Turn off AI Privacy Call
Go to , and select Never. The normal calling effect is always maintained during the call.
