If you enable data synchronization, your data will be uploaded to the cloud and associated with your account, so even if you change your phone, your data will not be lost.
By default, data synchronization with the cloud is off. To turn on data synchronization, go to and tap Sync personal info to the cloud/Sync exercise data to the cloud/Sync health data to the cloud.
