Problem
The Speed dial settings have disappeared after a period of time.
Cause
After setting Speed dial for Contacts on your SIM card, you may have re-installed your SIM card, performed System update, or synced your contacts to your cloud storage. If so, all the Speed dial settings will be lost.
Solution
It is recommended that you select Contacts stored on your phone when setting Speed dial.
