Cause:
If the Location access is disabled or the location permission is restricted for the app, the app is unable to obtain your current location information.
Solution:
Enable Location:
Open Settings, search for Location access, and enable Access my location.
Allow a third-party app to access your location:
Open Settings and search for Apps. On the Apps screen, select the app in question, touch Permissions, and enable Location.
