  If you registered with your e-mail address:
  • Log in and go to My Account.
  • Click the > icon under DASHBOARD or select Profile.
  • Click EDIT under MY INFO.
  
  If you registered with your phone number:
  Method 1:
  • Log in and go to My Account.
  • Select Profile.
  • Click EDIT under MY INFO.
  
  Method 2:
  • Click the Login icon on the HONOR website and select More.
  • Click Change phone number.

• How can I update my account details/information?

  You can log in the HONOR account to update the information.

• Why are the tracking details from my HONOR account not the same as the DHL website?

  It happens that the tracking details from your HONOR account is different from the DHL website due to updation delay. Please refer to DHL official website for latest tracking details.

• I think my bank account has been hacked or used by someone else. What do I do?

  Please contact your bank immediately, or you can contact HONOR support team.
