Conditions of Participation for
"Leave a Review and Get HONOR Pad 9 at One Pound" Event

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the event, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use(https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the event is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer” or “we”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The Campaign opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing theCampaign, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This event will run from 00:01 1st May, 2024 to 23:59 31st May, 2024 (“Review & Win Period”). One (1) vouchers for HONOR Pad 9 (“Prizes”) will be awarded to winners under this event. The winner will be able to purchase the HONOR Pad 9 for £1 with a voucher issued by the Organizer.

4.2 By leaving a review for HONOR Magic V2 5G on www.honor.com/uk/ (“HONOR Website”) during the Review & Win Period, the participant has a chance to get HONOR Pad 9 at one pound (£1).

4.3 To participate in the event, participants must during the Review & Win Period:

(a) Have a registered HONOR account and must login to their accounts on HONOR Website or My HONOR APP;

(b) Complete a purchase of HONOR Magic V2 5G on HONOR Website or My HONOR APP; and

(c) Submit a review about detailed description (at least 15 words) of the performance, features, and use experience of the product purchased on the corresponding product page and send the screenshot to Live Chat specialists (Pop-up window in the bottom right corner of every page on the HONOR UK website).

Notes:

(1) Each review will qualify as one (1) entry for this event;

(2) Each customer will be entitled to maximum one (1) entry only for this event;

(3) Winners of the Prizes will be selected by the Organizer subject to the conditions of this event.

4.4 Submission of irrelevant contents are considered invalid.

4.5 One participant will be selected as winners by a random computer process from reviewing HONOR Magic V2 5G. Our selection mechanism ensures that it will not be based on whether or not a consumer leaves a positive review, and we will adhere to this principle.

4.6 Each participant with the same account registered on HONOR UK Website will stand a chance to win maximum one (1) unit of Prize throughout the Review & Win Period.

4.7 We will announce the winners on our website (https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/) on 5th June 2024. If there is any objection to the results of the winners, you can send a message to our Live Chat specialists before 10th June 2024. Any late submissions regarding the result of the winners will not be considered. If there are reasonable objections, we will take some steps to re-select the winners, or disqualify the disputed winner and re-select a new winner from among all the candidates; The end of the publicity period is 10th June 2024, if we can confirm beyond reasonable doubt the result of the winners at that time, we will contact the winners via email or phone number (SMS) (as registered with HONOR UK Website) and send them the voucher code for purchasing the HONOR Pad 9. All Review & Win Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and/or other items, and they are non-transferable.

4.8 All Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Review & Win Prizes with another gift of the equivalent or higher value.

4.9 This Review & Win event is only applicable for the purchase of HONOR Magic V2 5G made on HONOR UK Website and My HONOR APP.

4.10 All Prizes will be given as vouchers and the winner can use the voucher to make a purchase on HONOR UK Website or My HONOR APP (free shipping)，Please note that the winner has to pay £1 in this purchase.

5. Prize Terms

5.1 The vouchers can only be used for ordering at HONOR UK Website and HONOR Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply, see: https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/.

5.2 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming thePrizes.

5.3 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

5.4 Compensation of the Prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

5.5 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize. The Prizes are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

5.6 In the Review & Win Event, the voucher code for HONOR Pad 9 is valid until and including 30th June 2024.

6. Liability

The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for damages and losses or deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, or in other cases where fraud, abuse and/or a (human or technical) error affects or could affect the proper conduct of this Campaign or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time, but will endeavour to minimise the impact on participants in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

7. Data Protection

By submitting an entry, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of event administration and prize fulfilment. Your personal data will be retained for 2 years from the end of the Event. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. Personal information collected by the Organizer is subject to the Organizer’s Privacy Statement

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

8.2 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.3 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.
