Conditions of Participation for
"Subscribe and Get HONOR 200 Pro for One Pound" Event

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the Subscribe and Get HONOR 200 Pro at One Pound event (hereinafter referred to as “Event” or “Activity”), the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use(https://agreement.itsec.hihonor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the event is HONOR Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer” or “we”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are

(1) aged 18 years or over and;

(2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s and its affiliates employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the event, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This event will run from 00:01 28th May, 2024 to 23:59 11th June, 2024(“Subscribe & Win Period”).

4.2 To take part in the activity, the participant must subscribe to the HONOR newsletter by entering his/her email address on https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/new-launch/ (“HONOR Website”) during the Subscribe & Win Period.

4.3 Each participant will be entitled to maximum one (1) entry only for this event;

4.4 Winner of the event will be selected by the Organizer subject to the conditions of this event.

4.5 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and returned by the Organizer.

5. Prize

One (1) voucher for HONOR 200 Pro(“Prize”) will be awarded to the winner under this event. The voucher entitles the winner to purchase the HONOR 200 Pro for one pound sterling (£1).

6. Prize Terms

6.1 The winner will be selected by a computerised randomisation process from amongst the participants who have subscribed during the Subscribe & Win Period.

6.2 We will announce the winner on our website (https://www.honor.com/uk/notices/winners/) on 17th June 2024. By taking part in this event, participants hereby accept the disclosure of his/her email address (anonymised) on the aforementioned website.

6.3 The prize will be sent to the entered email address of the winner on [17th June 2024].

6.4 The Prize can be used to purchase the HONOR 200 Pro on HONOR UK Website(https://www.honor.com/uk/) or My HONOR APP. For the purchase HONOR Terms and Conditions of sale shall apply, see: https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/.

6.5 The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

6.6 Prize and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.7 Compensation of the prize in cash, its exchange, or transfer to other persons are excluded.

6.8 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if participants are not able to take up the prize. The prize is not for resale, has no cash and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

6.9 The voucher code for HONOR 200 Pro is valid until and including 15th July 2024.

6.10 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on participants behalf.

7. Liability

7.1 The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.

7.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organizer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data Protection

By taking part in the event, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of event administration and prize fulfilment. Your personal data will be retained for 2 years from the end of the event. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. Personal information collected by the Organizer is subject to the Organizer’s Privacy Statement.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

9.2 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.

9.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organzier may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

9.4 The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
