Conditions of Participation
for the “Win Early Bird Voucher Activity” and “HONOR Points Special Activity”

1. Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the activities, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable Terms of Use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

2.1 The organizer of the competition is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The competition is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the competition, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per competition.

4. Participation

4.1 Participation in the competition is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.

4.2 The Win Early Bird Voucher Activity starts on 16th January 2024, 00:01. The deadline for entries is 24th February 2024, 23:59. And the HONOR Points Special Activity starts on 26th January 2024, 00:01, The deadline for entries is 24th February 2024, 23:59. Submissions received outside of the entry periods mentioned above will not be considered.

4.3 To take part in the competition, the participant must fill out his/her email address and accept these conditions by checking “I have read and agreed to the Conditions of Participation for the “Win Early Bird Voucher Activity” and “HONOR Points Special Activity” checkbox on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/).

4.4 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and returned by the Organizer.

4.5 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost, or delayed entries caused by reasons within the participant's control or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

4.6 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these Conditions of Participation, tampers with the competition, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, vouchers, HONOR Points and corresponding benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

5. Events, Prizes and Benefits

5.1 Early Bird Voucher (£200 off) for HONOR Magic V2 5G

a) In the Early Bird Voucher Event, all participants who subscribe to HONOR Newsletters on https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/honor-magic-v2/ from 16th January 2024 to 24th February 2024 shall receive a voucher code for £200 off on an order of HONOR Magic V2 5G placed on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and My HONOR APP;

b) The voucher code will be sent by email after successful subscription.

c) In the Early Bird Voucher Event, the vouchers are valid from 16th January 2024 to 24th February 2024.

5.2 HONOR Points Special Activity

a) The HONOR Points Special Activity is only available on HIHONOR Website and My HONOR App (UK) during this HONOR Points Special Activity period. Customer(s) will be entitled to receive the HONOR Points or benefits after completing the following activities in 5.2 b) from 26th Jaunary 2024, 00:01 to 24th February 2024, 23:59:

b) Customer(s) will be entitled to HONOR Points when they participate in selected activities. The details are as follow:

• Product Review: Customer(s) will get 10 HONOR Points by leaving comments within three working days after receiving the products (excluding services products). (When the logistics status changes to "Received", the Customer(s)can begin to comment on the order.) The number of words should not be less than 10 words. Customer(s) will be entitled to HONOR Points by commenting on different products in the same order, and the Customer(s) will be entitled to 10 HONOR Points for each product review.

• Sharing HONOR Products Information: Customer(s) can earn HONOR Points by sharing information about HONOR products, events, or campaigns on http://www.honor.com/uk via the share button to their social media account, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Customer(s) can get 2 HONOR Points for each share, and the daily cap per Customer is limited to 10 HONOR Points. Please note that the Customer(s) will not earn any HONOR Points by merely copying the link or clicking on “Copy Link” without sharing.

• Referral Program: Customer(s) can refer friends to purchase HONOR products. And for each new referral by the Customer(s), the rebate HONOR Points received by the sharer = the actual amount paid by the invitee for the purchase of products (excluding services products) *5, where the actual amount paid does not include shipping fee and preferential discounts such as coupons and HONOR Points. • 2x Earn Your HONOR Points (Available for HONOR Magic V2 5G only): During the HONOR Points Special Activity period (26th Jaunary 2024 – 24th February 2024), HONOR Points will be rewarded according to the amount paid for HONOR Magic V2 5G orders which excluding shipping fee ( £1= 2 HONOR Points). For the rest of the period (From 25th February 2024 to later) £1 = 1 HONOR Points. Rounding value of the HONOR Points will be given if the case of the amount paid in decimal. For example, if the actual payment amount is £99.4, users will get 199 HONOR Points. For the rest of the period (From 25th February 2024 to later) user will get 99 HONOR Points. If a single order contains different types of products (including HONOR Magic V2 5G), only the amount purchased for HONOR Magic V2 5G can generate 2x HONOR Points according to this article.

6. Data Protection

By taking part in the activities, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of competition administration. In the Early bird voucher campaign and HONOR Points Special Activity, participants' data will be stored for 2 years from the end of the competition. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. 7. Miscellaneous

7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of these two activities, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the competition are governed by English and Welsh law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’ s resident country explicitly apply.

7.5 The vouchers can only be used for ordering at HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and are subject to the following terms:

7.6 HONOR Products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the products with an alternative one of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

7.7 Compensation of the vouchers, HONOR Points and corresponding benefits in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

7.8 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the vouchers, HONOR Points or corresponding benefits. The vouchers, HONOR Points and corresponding benefits are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
