Participation
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of your country to participate.
• Submission Period: All entries must be posted between 00:01 12th June 2024 CEST and 23:59 31/07/2024 CEST.
• How to Enter: To mark the launch of the HONOR 200 Series 5G, we're inviting you to showcase your creativity (no matter what smartphone you use currently). Enter by capturing and sharing your favourite portraits to social media using #ShareYourVibe and #HONOR200. All portraits submitted will be reviewed and curated by Rankin, and his favourites will be exhibited in a European city this August.
• Original Work: All photos submitted must be original and should not have been previously promoted in any other media (including magazines, newspapers, etc.).
Content Usage and Copyright
• Platform Restriction: All activities related to this activation will occur exclusively on the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. These activities will be carried out in accordance with the terms of service and guidelines of each respective platform.
• No Legal Relationship: Participation in this contest does not create a legal relationship between you and us. Everything is governed by the corresponding social media platform‘s Terms of Service.
• Respect for Copyright and Personal Rights: We respect all copyright and personal rights. By participating, you are not required to transfer or grant any rights to your content. Everything you post will remain within the social media platform used, and we will use the corresponding social media platform to view and interact with your content
• Rights Clearance for External Use: If we wish to display your work outside of social media, we will contact you via Direct Messages (DMs) to request your explicit consent. No content will be used externally without your permission.
Data Privacy
• No Personal Data Collection: We will not collect any personal data from You or Instagram.
• Data Processing: There will be no data processing outside of Instagram. This activity will be performed in adherence to Instagram's terms and conditions. We are not the data controller of any of your data.
