Conditions of Participation for the Social Event – “Win a HONOR Magic V3”

1. Scope of Application

a. By taking part in the event, the participant accepts these conditions.

b. Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.hihonor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organiser

The organiser of the event is HONOR Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (hereinafter: “Organiser”, “HONOR” or “we”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

a. Eligible to participate in the “Win a HONOR Magic V3” social event (hereinafter also referred to as ("Promotion" or "Competition") are persons who publish a post with texts or pictures on Instagram, Facebook and X with hashtags: #HONORMagicV3 #HONORIFA2024 #UnfoldYourMagic, and tag HONOR UK official account in the period 02.09.2024 – 15.09.2024 ("Promotion Period").

b. Persons are excluded from participation in the promotion if, at the time of participation

(1) are not at least 18 years old, or

(2) are not resident in the United Kingdom

c. The Organiser’s and its affiliates' employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the event are excluded from participation.

d. Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is no limit of entries per person. Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant can win only once.

4. Participation

Participation takes place via the Instagram, Facebook and X platforms. To participate, the following conditions must be met within the promotion period:

(1) Share their favourite slimmer, stronger or more powerful feature of the #HONORMagicV3 in their personal post (not in the comments) for a chance to win a new HONOR Magic V3;

(2) Must be posted/published on Instagram, Facebook or X on a publicly visible channel with the hashtag #HONORMagicV3 #HONORIFA2024 #UnfoldYourMagic;

(3) The post must tag the HONOR UK official account on Instagram, Facebook or X.

5. Prize

a. The winners will receive an HONOR Magic V3 5G ("Prize"), provided they grant HONOR the rights to use their post content.

b. The prices will be sent after the signing of a guarantee declaration provided by HONOR for the granting of the rights of use.

c. If the winner refuses to sign the guarantee declaration or does not respond to it within 3 days of receipt, HONOR reserves the right to disqualify the winner. In this case, the next participant will be declared a winner.

d. The winners will be determined by HONOR following an internal selection process.

e. Prizes will be delivered free of charge.

6. Exclusion of Liability

a. The Organiser assumes no liability within the legal limits for deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.

b. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organiser, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organiser, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Reservation of Right to Alteration

a. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, or in other cases where fraud, abuse and/or error (human or technical) affects or may affect the proper conduct of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, we reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time but will endeavour to minimize the impact on entrants.

b. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

8. Data Protection

By participating, participants provide their personal data (e.g. name, Instagram account name, email, postal address) which will be processed by us as data controllers and our authorised representatives for the purposes of competition administration and prize. If applicable, the winner will be linked to their Instagram account on our Instagram channel and named on the HONOR Group websites. 9. Miscellaneous

a. If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

b. All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

c. The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
