Problem:
When a phone is used to take photos in AI mode, the photos have color distortion. That is, the color of the photo is brighter than that of the actual object.
Cause:
In AI mode, the color of the photo is enhanced for a more vivid effect.
Solution:
If you think the color is too bright, you can disable the AI effect.
To do this, perform either of the following:
- On the preview screen, touch the AI icon to disable AI mode (the icon turns white when turned off and colored when turned on). You can then take photos in the original shooting mode.
- For photos taken in AI mode, open Gallery and touch the AI icon to disable the AI effect, and restore the photo to the original effect.
