    HONOR X9d CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Version Date: 24th September 2025

    Introduction

    This HONOR X9d Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 8th September 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 31st October 2025 23:59 AM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

    Campaign Mechanism

    1. Eligibility

    To participate in this Campaign, the Customer(s) (“Customer(s)”) must be:

    (i) individual(s) residing in Malaysia; and

    (ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 8th September 2025

    (ii) Customer(s) who subscribed to the HONOR Newsletter via WhatsApp channel or Email channel during the Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize Period will stand a chance to win the prizes below (“Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize Prize”): -

    (iii) To stand a chance to win the Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize, Customer(s) must answer the questions set by HONOR and subscribe within the Answer, Subscribe & Win Period on https://www.honor.com/my/shop/new-launch/. One (1) winners of the Subscribe & Win event shall be selected by HONOR. Decisions of HONOR shall be final and binding.

    (iv) Each (1) Customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HONOR Website or My HONOR App will be entitled to one (1) entry to win Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize.

    (v) Winner of the Answer, Subscribe & Win Event will be notified via their email address or WhatsApp number (as subscribed with HONOR Website or My HONOR App) on 26th September 2025.

    (vii) The Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize will be forfeited if the winner who did not redeem or claim the prize within two weeks from the date of the contacting email or massage being sent to the email address or WhatsApp number.

    (viii) The Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

    (ix) The Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize is not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

    (x) The Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize is subject to availability and HONOR reserves the right to substitute the Subscribe & Win Prize with another prize of similar value.

    (xi) This Answer, Subscribe & Win Prize Event is only available on HONOR Website and My HONOR App.

    (b) HONOR X9d Deposit Preorder

    (i) The HONOR X9d Deposit Preorder event will run from 24th September 2025 4:15PM (GMT+8) to 9th October 2025 3:00PM (GMT +8) (“Deposit Pre-order Period>”).

    (ii) During the Deposit Pre-order Period, Customer(s) may place a deposit to reserve HONOR X9d. After payment of the deposit, Customer(s) are required to complete the purchase transaction of HONOR X9d within the Deposit Pre-order Period. Upon successful completion of the purchase, Customer(s) will receive one (1) unit of the following exclusive gifts:

    (iii) To be eligible for the exclusive gifts, Customer(s) shall fulfill all the criteria below:

    (a) Customer(s) must pay a deposit of RMXXX and complete the remaining balance payment for the purchase of HONOR X9d in accordance with the manner set out herein. For in-store pickup, a pickup code will be sent via SMS and email. Customer(s) are required to provide the pickup code at the designated pick-up store for verification between 10th October 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 26th October 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8).

    (iv) The purchase terms and conditions and free gifts under this event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable terms and conditions before placing your order.

    (v) The deposit is not refundable and cannot be used for any models or products other than for the purchase of HONOR X9d.

    (vi) Each (1) Customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HONOR Website can purchase a maximum of four (4) units of HONOR X9d during the Deposit Pre-order Period, which means max one customer can reserve 4 units during Deposit Pre-order Period, 2 units 256GB memory version and 2 units 512GB memory version. HONOR reserves the rights to cancel orders more than two (2) with the same/similar account or identity information.

    (vii) The purchase terms and conditions and free gifts under this event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable purchase terms and conditions before placing your order.

    (viii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the HONOR X9d Deposit Preorder Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the HONOR X9d Deposit Preorder Period that come with other services, please note that these services are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

    (ix) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website and My HONOR App for any latest changes to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

    (x) All free gifts are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR, except for the following:

    Replacement Services: Within 7 days after purchase/receipt (including the 7th day), if a performance fault caused by a manufacturing defect (hardware functional fault) occurs, you may choose to replace it with the same model and specification or request in-warranty repair services.
    Warranty: 12 months from the date of device activation

    (xi) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

    (xii) HONOR reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

    (c) HONOR X9d Full Payment Preorder

    (i) The HONOR X9d Full Payment Preorder event (“HONOR X9d Full Payment Preorder Event”) will run from 24th September 2025 4:15PM (GMT+8) to 9th October 2025 3:00PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR X9d Full Payment Preorder Period”).

    (ii) Customer(s) who purchased the HONOR X9c 5G during the HONOR X9d Full Payment Preorder Event Period will receive the following free gifts:

    (d) HONOR Points Promotion

    (i) The HONOR Points Promotion will run from 24th September 2025 4:15PM (GMT+8) to 9th October 2025 3:00PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR Points Promotion Period”).

    (ii) During the HONOR Points Promotion Period, Customer(s) will receive HONOR Points when they participate in designated activities in accordance with the manners set out herein. The details are as follows:

    (a) Registration and Login into account: After successfully registering and logging in to My HONOR App or www.honor.com/my, Customer(s) will receive 2,000 HONOR Points when they log in to their HONOR Account for the first-time 24th September 2025 4:15PM (GMT+8) to 9th October 2025 3:00PM (GMT +8). Each Customer with the same registered account, such as phone number or email address, is eligible to receive the HONOR Points reward One (1) time only. Multiple registrations or attempts to claim the reward using the same account information will be deemed invalid and will not be rewarded.

    (b) HONOR Points Redemption: HONOR Points can be redeemed as cash credits toward purchases of HONOR products on the My HONOR App or www.honor.com/my and are not applicable to deposits or store transactions. During the Preorder Period, Points can be redeemed at 2 times the standard value (i.e., 100 HONOR Points=RM2) when purchasing designated HONOR X9d, the total amount deductible using HONOR points shall not exceed 10% of the total value of the order of the HONOR X9d.
    As an illustration: For an order totaling RM1,500, the maximum deductible amount is 10%, i.e. calculated as RM1,500 × 10% = RM150. To redeem this amount, the Customer will have to utilize 7500 HONOR Points (based on the rate of 100 HONOR Points=RM2).

    (iii) HONOR Points can only be used within the corresponding account in which they were earned, and cannot be redeemed to or exchange for cash, sold, or transferred. If a Customer cancels or deletes his/her HONOR account, any unused points earned by that account will be forfeited and invalidated.

    (iv) HONOR Points will not be awarded or given in the event that a Customer fails to complete all necessary requirements and steps within the designated participation period. HONOR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate activity terms, including point values or eligibility criteria, without prior notice. All accumulated points remain subject to the platform’s standard expiration policy and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash.

    (e) Review and Win

    (i) This Review and Win event will run from 10th October 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 31st October 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Review & Win Period”).

    (ii) Customer(s) who purchases the HONOR X9d during the Open Sale Period will receive one (1) unit of the following free gifts:

    (ii) By submitting a review for HONOR X9d Smartphones on the designated product page via HONOR official platforms during the Review & Win Period, Customer(s) will stand a chance to win one (1) unit of the Review and Win prize.

    (iii) To submit a review, Customer(s) must:

    (a) Complete the purchase of HONOR X9d on following HONOR official platforms:

    My HONOR App

    (b) Submit a substantive comment of not less than thirty (30) characters, accompanied by at least one (1) product image, under the completed order of HONOR X9d, from 10th October 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 31st October 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8).

    (iv) Each completed review will qualify as one (1) entry for this Review and Win event.

    (v) Winners of the Review & Win prize will be selected by HONOR at random, subject to the terms and conditions of this event. All decisions of HONOR are final and binding.

    (vi) Each Customer with the same account or similar account information will be eligible to win maximum one (1) unit of Review & Win Prize throughout the Review & Win Period.

    (vii) Winners of the Review & Win prize will be contacted by HONOR by 3rd November 2025 to confirm their address via email or message. The prize will be forfeited if the winner fails to claim the prize within two weeks from the date on which the notification email or massage is sent to the registered email address or contact number.

    (viii) The Review & Win prize is not exchangeable for cash and/or other items, and they are non-transferable.

    (ix) The Review & Win prize is subject to availability and HONOR reserves the right to substitute the Review & Win prize with another gift of the similar value.

    (f) HONOR Points Redeem

    (i) The HONOR Points Redeem event will run from 10th October 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 31st October 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR Points Redeem Period”).

    (ii) Customer(s) may redeem their HONOR Points, provided that a sufficient balance is available in their account, during the HONOR Points Redeem Period. The available redemption offers (i.e. voucher) and the corresponding number of HONOR Points required for each product, shall be published in the HONOR Points Store accessible via My HONOR APP.

    (v) All HONOR Points Redeem Products given under this event are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

    (vi) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

    General

    (i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

    (ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign. If the Customers(s) need to exercise your privacy rights and lodge a complaint about privacy protection, please contact us by visiting the Privacy Questions page, we will reply as soon as possible.

    (iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer(s)’ eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

    (iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

    (v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

    (vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

    (vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

    (viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

    (ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

    (x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

    (xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

    (xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

    (xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

    (xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

    (xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

    (xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
