Go to to check whether HONOR Search is available.
If HONOR Search is not available:
Pulling down the home screen to activate the search box is a function of HONOR Search. If your device does not support HONOR Search, this function is unavailable.
If HONOR Search is available:
Go to and make sure you have turned on the HONOR Search switch. (If you cannot find such switch, it means that the HONOR Search is enabled by default. )
If you still cannot use the function when the switch is enabled, please send feedback to customer service.
