How do I start an appeal on the Honor ID ?

On your phone/tablet:

(1) Not logged in: Go to Settings > Honor ID > Help > Appeal > Begin appeal and follow the prompts: enter your Honor account, select the account to be changed, fill in your personal account information such as your birthday as prompted by the system, and then click submit. The system will adjust the verification items according to the environment of the device being appealed; please refer to the actual situation.

(2) Already logged in: You can start an appeal in the Security center if you are already logged in. Steps: Go to Account center > Account security > Security center > Appeal and follow the prompts: enter your Honor account, select the account to be changed, fill in your personal account information such as your birthday as prompted by the system, and then click submit. The system will adjust the verification items according to the environment of the device being appealed; please refer to the actual situation.
