No. The HONOR Care Screen Protection service exclusively covers accidental screen damage. Issues resulting from liquid ingress (water damage), unauthorized third-party disassembly, or intentional damage are strictly excluded from coverage.
3. How many times can I claim the HONOR Care Screen Protection?
This service can be claimed one time only. Please note that coverage applies strictly to the screen; repairs or replacements for other device components are excluded from this service product.
4. Where can I claim my HONOR Care Screen Protection or Extended Warranty?
You can claim your benefits by visiting any HONOR Authorized Service Center. Alternatively, you can use our convenient HONOR Postal Repair Service to mail your device directly to our service center.
5. Do I need to pay an extra service fee when making an HONOR Care Screen Protection claim?
No. As long as the damage qualifies under the accidental coverage terms, there are no labor costs for your one-time screen repair.
