    HONOR Care Extended Warranty 1 Year/2 Years and HONOR Care Pro 1 Year/2 Years are a series of virtual service guarantee products offered by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C. This agreement constitutes a valid contract between you and us. Please read it carefully and ensure you fully understand its terms, as it is a legally binding document for both parties. By making a purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to this agreement.

    1.2 Benefits Definition

    Accidental Damage Protection Get your device repaired for free if it is damaged due to accidental collision, accidental drop, accidental crushing, liquid damage, or any other unforeseen reason during normal use within the protection period.
    Extended Warranty Obtain an additional warranty period beyond the standard one-year coverage mandated by UAE law.
    Battery Capacity Guarantee Have your battery replaced with a new original one if its capacity falls below 80% within the protection period.

    2. Service Availability

    • The device shall be purchased within specific period mentioned in FAQ 4, and each device is limited to purchase service product up to 1 time only.
    • The device is within the validity period and has not been claimed yet.
    • Accessories other than the host are not covered by this service, such as chargers, data cables, pens, keyboards, protective cases, etc.

    3. Claim Methods

    Find an HONOR Authorized Service Center or apply for Postal Repair shipping your device to HONOR Authorized Service Center, to have your device repaired with the benefits of HONOR Care.

    4. Not covered by HONOR Care

    • Any modification, disassembly, or repair without the authorization of HONOR.
    • The nameplate and serial number of the device are missing, damaged or altered, making it is impossible to determine whether it belongs to the guaranteed product.
    • Loss of digital accessories and consumables.
    • Loss caused by intentional actions.
    • Appearance wear, scratches and other losses that do not affect normal use.
    • Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radiotabActive pollution, lightning strikes, etc.) or war, hostilities, military actions, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, terrorist activities, and natural disasters.
    • Non-hardware loss such as data loss.
    • Exceeding the time limit of the guaranteed service period.
    • Loss caused by falling from a height of more than 20 meters or by being crushed by a car.
    • Missing parts of the product host.
    • System and software problems such as self-flashing, upgrades, and software issues cause functional failure of the device.
    • The cost of sending the device to repair organizations other than the HONOR Authorized Service Center for repair.

    5. Assignment or Withdrawal

    • If your device is returned under the warranty policy, the service product you purchased will also be refunded, provided you have not yet claimed it.
    • If your device is exchanged under the warranty policy, the replacement device will inherit the service plan associated with your original device.

    6. Exclusion of Liability

    In no event shall we be liable for any of the following:

    • Loss or loss of records or data of the device you send for repair.
    • We do not assume any responsibility for all kinds of indirect losses caused by product damage (including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income or profit, loss of reputation or reputation, mental loss, loss of failure time, loss of time and lost time and other indirect or incidental losses).

    7. Recycling of Replaced Faulty Parts

    The property rights of the faulty parts of the repaired and replaced device belong to HONOR, and we will recycle them through the HONOR Authorized Service Center.

    8. Dispute Resolution

    If there is a dispute during the implementation of these Terms and Conditions, the parties to the dispute can resolve it through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached after negotiation, all parties to the dispute shall apply to the court in UAE to resolve it through litigation according to UAE law.
