Problem:
After the user locks the phone/tablet while the default home screen page is on display, turns off an alarm from the lock screen, and unlocks the phone/tablet, the home screen page where the Clock app is located is displayed.

Cause:
This is how the phone/tablet is designed. After you exit an app, the home screen page where the app is located will be displayed. This is also the case when you have operated on the Clock app from the lock screen.
