Terms & Conditions for the “HONOR Magic V5 Launch” Campaign

1. Event organizer:

This event is initiated by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C,

2. Activity period:

Main events are valid from 30/07/2025 to 21/09/2025.

HONOR reserves the right to change a part or whole of the Campaign at any time without giving notice to the Customer.

3. Event area:

This event is only valid in the UAE and on the “HONOR Online official Store”.

4. Event participants:

To participate in this Event, the Participant must be:

4.1. Twenty-one (21) years of age and above.

4.2. Who is a resident in the UAE.

4.3. The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the Campaign are excluded from participation.

5. Event description:

This campaign consists of the following 4 events:

5.1. Subscribe and Win big surprises

5.1.1. The event is valid from 30/07/2025 to 13/08/2025.

5.1.2. Customers who participate in the “Subscribe and Win big surprises” event and successfully subscribe newsletter from HONOR Online Store will stand a chance to win a coupon and participate in a lucky draw. One user has only one chance to win the lottery. Please note that winners will receive the draw link and prize by email, and the details of the exclusive coupon and extra gifts can be found in the winning email.

5.2. Register or Share to Earn HONOR Points

5.2.1. The event is valid from 30/07/2025 to 21/08/2025.

5.2.2. Users who register or log in to HONOR Store for the first time during the period can get 5,000 HONOR Points, and those who share the event page on social media platforms during the period can get 999 points as a reward, limited to once a day.

5.3. Pay a deposit and get extra early bird gift when paying the balance

5.3.1. Event is valid from 06/08/2025 to 13/08/2025；

5.3.2. During the Deposit Pre-order Period, Customer(s) can pay deposit to reserve HONOR Magic V5. Customers need to log in or register a HONOR ID to place a deposit order. After paying the Deposit, Customer(s) are required to complete the purchase transaction of HONOR Magic V5 within the Deposit Pre-order Period stipulated below. Upon completing the purchase from HONOR Online Store, Customer(s) will receive the early bird gift.

5.3.3. All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

5.3.4. The Deposit is refundable.

5.3.5. Each (1) Customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HONOR Website can purchase a maximum of Five (5) units of HONOR Magic V5 during the Pre Order Event. HONOR reserves the rights to cancel orders more than Five (5) with the same/similar account or identity information.

5.3.6. HONOR reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

5.3.7. Deposit and balance time: please refer to the information on product buy page.

5.3.8. Balance payment: Go to "View Orders" to pay the balance for the product selected during the reservation.

5.3.9. Deposit refund: Go to "View Orders" to cancel the deposit order (Deposit will not be refunded if the order is not canceled). After canceling the deposit order, the system will automatically apply for a refund order for you, and the money will be withdrawed within 1-5 working days. The specific refund time depends on the processing speed of the third-party payment platform or bank.

5.4 50% trade-in subsidy for upgrading from V3 to V5

5.4.1. Consumers need to purchase the Magic V5 in honor.com and confirm receipt.

5.4.2. The service team provide forms with consumers in need. Consumer fills out the form. Note in the form: 1. This form is only for HONOR Magic V3 recycling. 2. The recycler Northladder offers free pickup. 3. After the pickup is completed, HONOR will provide a subsidy amount, which is 50% of your HONOR Magic V5 order price. Customer service will contact you for payment. 5.4.3. HONOR provides the form information to the recycler Northladder, and Northladder offers free doorstep pickup of old device for consumers.

5.4.4. After Northladder completes the pickup, HONOR will notify the consumer of the refund amount via email or customer service hotline. The refund amount is 50% of the V5 order price. After the consumer confirms, HONOR will process the payment.

6. Determination

6.1. Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make it necessary to do so.

6.2. Compensation for the prizes in cash, exchange, or transfer to other people is excluded.

6.3. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you cannot take up the prize.

6.4. The prizes and products are not resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Prizes are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

6.5. Each (1) customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HONOR Website can win a maximum of one (1) unit of Prize only. If the mobile phone numbers or addresses of the winners receiving the prizes are the same, we will identify them as the same winner.

6.6. Winners will be notified via their email address, contact number (SMS) or Whatsapp(as registered with HONOR Website) within 7 days from the date of winner announcement.

6.7. The prizes will be forfeited for the winner who did not redeem or claim the prizes within 7 days from the date of the code being sent to the email address, contact number (SMS) or Whatsapp.

6.8. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items and is non-transferable.

6.9. All products must be returned together with all the accessories and any bundled promotion items and gifts provided together with the products. These accessories, bundled promotion items, and gifts are only offered under the condition that you keep the Products. To receive your refund, we recommend that you return the accessories and bundled promotion items and gifts in their entirety, otherwise, returns will not be accepted for a refund.

6.10. All gifts supported by HONOR Online Store are subject to receipt of the actual item (including but not limited to appearance, color, and size).

6.11. Only one coupon can be used per order during this campaign.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Participants will provide their personal information by submitting an entry, which the Organizer will process as the data controller and its authorized agents for campaign administration and prize fulfillment. The personal information that Participants will provide is the email address. If you don’t provide such information, you are not able to participate in this event. Once you are selected as the winner of this event, we will further collect your information (name, shipping address, phone number) to deliver prizes, and this information will also be shared with logistic service providers.

7.2. We use only your necessary personal data for the organization, selection of winners and redemption of the prize to the winners of the activity. We use your email address and Whatsapp to push new offers/advertisements/activities information, but you have the right to object or stop such data processing by clicking “unsubscribe” link on the push page. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, or loss.

7.3. Your personal data will be stored in Singapore and retained for 24 months from the end of the campaign. To exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability in relation to your data or providing the directives regarding your personal data after your death, or if you have any complaint or query about how HONOR processes your personal data, contact us by visiting https://www.hihonor.com/global/privacy/feedback/.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. The Organizer's decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise, where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.

8.3. Suppose any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.4. All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these Conditions and the campaign are governed by the laws of UAE and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
