    Dear customer, your HONOR Magic V5 service benefits will be available after device activation.

    2. How to confirm if I’ve got my HONOR VIP Care+ Screen Protection Gift or not?

    Dear customer, you can open the "My HONOR App", select the "Service", and click "Warranty Query" to view.

    3. Can I repair my HONOR Magic V5 under non-accidental circumstances?

    Dear customer, our screen protection service only covers accidental screen damage. Situations such as liquid ingress, third-party disassembly, and intentional damage are not included in the coverage. For more details, please refer to sections 3 through 8 on the honor screen protection terms page .

    4. Can I claim above-mentioned service benefits in all MEA Warranty Coverage countries?

    For HONOR VIP Care+, you can only claim them in the country where you purchased the device. The MEA warranty covers basic maintenance only.

    5.Can I exchange my HONOR Magic V5 in other countries?

    No, the replacement service is available only in South Africa.
