Conditions of Participation for
"Complete the User Survey about the HONOR website and get HONOR CHOICE Earbuds S7 for £1" Event

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the event, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the event is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Third Floor, 136 George St., London, W1H 5LD (herein: “Organizer” or “we”).

3.Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The Campaign opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the Campaign, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This event will run from 00:01 14th March 2025 to 23:59 24th March 2025 and this User Survey event is only applicable on the HONOR UK Website.

4.2 To participate in the event, participants must during the User Survey Period:

a) Click the survey link provided in the EDM.

b) Complete the entire questionnaire and submit it successfully.

c) At the end of the survey, provide your subscribed email address to receive the prize coupon.

4.3 Submission of irrelevant contents are considered invalid.

5. Prize

5.1 100 winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

5.2 The winners will be able to purchase the HONOR CHOICE Earbuds S7 on HONOR UK Website or My HONOR APP for £1 by redeeming the Prize.

5.3 The voucher code is valid until and including 31st May 2025.

5.4 After the survey ends, we will contact the winners on 15th April 2025 via email (as submitted in the survey) and send them the voucher code.

6. Extra Prize Terms

6.1 HONOR Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply, see: https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/.

6.2 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the Prizes.

6.3 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.4 Compensation of the Prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

6.5 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize. The Prizes are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Liability

The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for damages and losses or deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, or in other cases where fraud, abuse and/or a (human or technical) error affects or could affect the proper conduct of this Campaign or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time, but will endeavour to minimise the impact on participants in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By submitting the entry, participants will provide their email account, which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for purposes related to the administration of the competition and the awarding of prizes.

8.2 Participants’ personal data will be stored in the UK and kept for 6 months from the end of the Campaign.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9.2 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

9.3 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.
