Conditions of Participation
for the “My HONOR APP Points Mall Activity”

1. Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the Campaign, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable Terms of Use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the Campaignis Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The Campaign opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing theCampaign, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per competition.

4. HONOR Points Special Activity

Customer(s) can spend HONOR Points on My HONOR App (UK) Points Mall to redeem vouchers for designated products from 15th December 00:00:01 to 31th December 2023, 23:59:59，and the redemption details are as follow：

(1) 1 point can be redeemed for a £130 voucher, redeemable for Christmas Bundle 1 (HONOR 90 12GB+512GB Emerald Green + HONOR Pad X9);

(2) 1 point can be redeemed for a £100 voucher, redeemable for Christmas Bundle 2(HONOR 90 12GB+512GB Emerald Green + HONOR Band 7 Black+ HONOR Earbuds X5);

(3) 35 points can be redeemed for a £70 voucher, redeemable for all HONOR 90 products;

(4) 50 points can be redeemed for a £100 voucher, redeemable for all HONOR Magic5 Pro products.

Notes:

● Points cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been redeemed for vouchers.

● One type of voucher can be redeemed by the consumer only once in a day.

(For example,Customer(s) can redeem these 4 different types of vouchers on the same day, Customer(s) cannot redeem two of the same type of voucher on the same day. )

5. Data Protection

By submitting an entry in Subscribe to Grab Voucher Event, Limited Time Flash Sale Event, HONOR Points Special Activity, and Subscribe to Win Gift Event, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of Campaign administration and prizes and benefits fulfillment. In the Campaign, participants' data will be stored for 2 years from the end of the Campaign. Participants may exercise their rights as established in the Privacy Statement. 6. Miscellaneous

6.1 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Campaign or the awarding of prizes and benefits, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

6.2 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

6.3 All legal relationships arising because of or in connection with these conditions and the Campaign are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’ s resident country explicitly apply.

6.4 Vouchers and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the voucher or product with an alternative one of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.5 Compensation of the voucher in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

6.6 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if Customer(s) is not able to take up the prizes or benefits. The Prizes, benefits, and products are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
