Conditions of Participation for
"Win Special Offer Voucher for HONOR Magic6 Pro 5G" Event

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the event, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use(https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the event is HONOR Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (hereinafter: “Organizer” or “we”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are

(1) aged 18 years or over and;

(2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s and its affiliates employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the event, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per event.

4. Participation

4.1 This event will run from 00:01 25th February, 2024 to 23:59 27th March, 2024(“Subscribe & Win Period”).

4.2 To participate one has to subscribe on https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/new-launch/ (“HIHONOR Website”) during the Subscribe & Win Period for the HONOR newsletter to receive the latest offers and information on HONOR products, events and services.

5. Liability

5.1 All participants who subscribe on https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/new-launch/ (“HIHONOR Website”) during the Subscribe & Win Period for the HONOR newsletter to receive the latest offers and information on HONOR products, events and serviceswill receive a voucher code for £250 off on an order of HONOR Magic6 Pro placed on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and My HONOR APP (“Early Bird Voucher”).

5.2 The Early Bird Voucher code will be sent by email after successful subscription.

5.3 The Early Bird Vouchers, are valid from 25th February 2024 to 27th March 2024.

5.4 Compensation of the Early Bird Vouchers in cash, its exchange, or transfer to other persons are excluded.

5.5 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if participants are not able to take up the Early Bird Voucher. The Early Bird Vouchers are not for resale, have no cash and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

6. Data Protection

By taking part in the event, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of event administration and prize fulfilment. Your personal data will be retained for 2 years from the end of the event. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. Personal information collected by the Organizer is subject to the Organizer’s Privacy Statement.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.2 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.

7.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organzier may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

7.4 The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
