Problem
After the phone launches a game, the small window of Game Manager does not appear and the Game mode is not enabled automatically.
Solution
Troubleshoot this issue in the following ways:
1. Go to to see if the switch is toggled on.
2. Go to to see if the game is added. If not, please add it manually.
If the issue persists, please collect the following information and escalate it to L3 TSE:
- Game name
- Device model
- System version
- Game Manager version (Go to to check)
- Issue log
