Problem
You receive messages with links, but cannot open them and get a reminder saying there's no app to perform this operation.
Cause
Opening links requires a browser or other apps that can handle links. Usually, the default browser can open links. This issue may occur if your default browser is disabled.
Solution
- Confirm your Default browser. Step:
- Go to Settings, search for and enter Apps, then select the Default browser specified in last step and tap Enable. Then, tap to the link in Messages directly, or copy and paste it into your browser to open it.
