    Terms and Conditions

    HONOR Foldable Screen Protection, including the 180 Days Screen Crack Protection (“180 Days Screen Crack Protection”), Half Price Screen Replacement (“Half Price Screen Replacement”), and Worry-Free Crack Protection (“Worry-Free Crack Protection”) (collectively, “Services” and each, “Service”), are provided by HONOR Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“HONOR”).

    1. Service Contents
    1.1 The Service include:
    (a) Half Price Screen Replacement: Customers who purchase applicable models are entitled to purchase the Half Price Screen Replacement Service at any time, subject to a limit of one (1) purchase per device. This service allows customers to replace the screen at a 50% discount at the selected HONOR Authorized Service Centers (as defined Section 2.4) if the screen is cracked or broken due to accidental drops, collisions, or squeezes during normal use. This service is available for eligible devices regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase date.
    (b) 180 Days Screen Crack Protection: Within 180 days from the device purchase date, customers who purchase applicable models are entitled to one (1) inner screen replacement and one (1) outer screen replacement by paying only an RM80 labor fee (excluding applicable taxes) per repair session at the selected HONOR Authorized Service Centers (as defined below Section 3.4) if the screen is cracked or broken due to accidental drops, collisions, or squeezes during normal use.
    (c) 1-Year Worry-Free Crack Protection: Within 365 days from the device purchase date, customers who purchase applicable models and successfully claim this service during the period from 15 July 2025 to 30 September 2025 are entitled to one (1) inner screen replacement and one (1) outer screen replacement by paying only an RM80 labor fee (excluding applicable taxes) per repair session at the selected HONOR Authorized Service Centers (as defined Section 4.6) if the screen is cracked or broken due to accidental drops, collisions, or squeezes during normal use.
    (“Customers” in these Terms and Conditions refers to individuals who purchase selected models in connection with the applicable type of Service, as the case may be.)

    2. Below are the specific terms applicable to the Half Price Screen Replacement service:
    2.1 The Service is only applicable to the above listed Applicable Models and defined Eligible Devices.
    2.2 The service is specific to the type of screen for which it was purchased. Refer to the table below for details:

    2.3 The Service may be purchased at any time, subject to a limit of one (1) purchase per device. This Service is available for eligible devices regardless of the time elapsed since the device's purchase date.
    2.4 The Service can be offered and utilized by the selected HONOR Authorised Service Centers below (“Selected Service Centers”):
    (a) The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur
    (b) Pavilion Embassy KL, Kuala Lumpur
    (c) Pandan Kapital Shopping Complex Persiaran MPAJ, Kuala Lumpur
    (d) Sunway Geo Avenue, Selangor
    (e) Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru
    (f) Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
    (g) Taman Kota Laksamana, Malacca
    (h) Kota Bahru, Kelantan
    (i) CityONE Megamall, Kuching, Sarawak
    (j) Karamunsing Capital, Kota Kinabalu, Sarawak
    (k) De Garden, Ipoh, Perak
    (l) East Coast Mall, Kuantan, Pahang

    2.5 The Service is valid for 15 days from the service purchase date and will expire automatically thereafter.
    2.6 After purchasing the Service, Customers are not required to pay any additional charges for the screen replacement in accordance with Section 2.6 below. However, additional charges may be imposed if:
    (a) Other damaged parts are diagnosed; and/or
    (b) The device is confirmed to be out of warranty by the Selected Service Centers. Refer to the HONOR Spare Parts Price list for details on spare parts pricing.
    2.7 Any screen damage resulting and/or caused by any of the incidents below will be excluded from the Half Price Screen Replacement:
    (a) The Validity Period for the service has expired, or the Service has been used;
    (b) Damage that does not occur within the Validity Period; and/or
    (c) Damage that is intentionally or deliberately caused by the Customers.
    2.8 Reminder to Customer(s):
    Customers are advised to consult an HONOR Authorized Service Center prior to purchasing the Half Price Screen Replacement service. The Service Center will:
    (a) Assess whether your device has sustained screen damage;
    (b) Confirm the diagnostic results; and
    (c) Determine whether your device is already covered by an existing screen protection program (e.g., the 180 Days Screen Crack Protection or the 1-Year Worry-Free Crack Protection).
    If such coverage applies, the screen damage may be remedied under that program without the need to purchase the Half Price Screen Replacement service. Please note that purchased services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    3. Below are the specific terms applicable to the 180 Days Screen Crack Protection service:
    3.1 The Service covers one (1) inner screen replacement and one (1) outer screen replacement per eligible device, which will be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of Service activation. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service coverage shall not be construed to cover two (2) inner screen replacements or two (2) outer screen replacements under any circumstances.
    3.2 Coverage under this Service applies only to screen damage or cracks caused by accidental drops, collisions, or squeezing during normal use of the device.
    3.3 Screen replacements under this Service are free of charge for parts; however, a labor fee of RM80 (excluding applicable taxes) applies per repair session.
    3.4 The Service can be offered and utilized by the Selected Service Centers.
    3.5 Additional fees or charges may be imposed for damage to components or parts not covered under this Service, as diagnosed by HONOR's Authorized Service Center. Kindly refer to the HONOR Spare Parts Price list for details on spare parts pricing. If you require any repair assistance, please contact, or visit any HONOR's Authorized Service Center.
    3.6 Any damage resulted and/or caused by any of the incidents below will be excluded from the Screen Protection and Back Cover Protection.
    (a) Damage or cracks caused by theft, sand, water damage, corrosion, battery leakage, or use of the device for commercial or non-personal purposes;
    (b) Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or failure to comply with the manufacturer's installation, operation, or maintenance instructions;
    (c) Damage or cracks that occur outside the Validity Period of the Service; and/or
    (d) Damage or cracks that are intentionally or deliberately caused by the Customers.

    4. Below are the specific terms applicable to the Worry-Free Crack Protection service:
    4.1 The Service applies to customers who purchase and activate the HONOR Magic V5 in Malaysia during the period from 15 July 2025 to 30 September 2025.
    4.2 Redemption of the Service must be completed via the My HONOR app during the period from 15 July 2025 to 30 September 2025.
    4.3 The Service covers one (1) inner screen replacement and one (1) outer screen replacement per eligible device, which will be valid for a period of 365 days from the date of Service activation. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service coverage shall not be construed to cover two (2) inner screen replacements or two (2) outer screen replacements under any circumstances.
    4.4 Coverage under this Service applies only to screen damage or cracks caused by accidental drops, collisions, or squeezing during normal use of the device.
    4.5 Screen replacements under this Service are free of charge for parts; however, a labor fee of RM80 (excluding applicable taxes) applies per repair session.
    4.6 The Service can be offered and utilized by the Selected Service Centers.
    4.7 Additional fees or charges may be imposed for damage to components or parts not covered under this Service, as diagnosed by HONOR's Authorized Service Center. Kindly refer to the HONOR Spare Parts Price list for details on spare parts pricing. If you require any repair assistance, please contact or visit any HONOR's Authorized Service Center.
    4.8 Any damage or cracks resulting from and/or caused by any of the circumstances or incidents below will be expressly excluded from the Service, and HONOR shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, repairs, or compensation arising therefrom:
    (a) Damage or cracks caused by theft, sand, water damage, corrosion, battery leakage, or use of the device for commercial or non-personal purposes;
    (b) Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or failure to comply with the manufacturer's installation, operation, or maintenance instructions;
    (c) Damage or cracks that occur outside the Validity Period of the Service; and/or
    (d) Damage or cracks that are intentionally or deliberately caused by the Customers.

    5. Transfer or Revocation
    5.1 The Service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    5.2 If you replace your device due to quality failure under HONOR's warranty policy and have not used the Service, the remaining period of the Service will transfer to the new device.
    5.3 If the mainboard is replaced under warranty and the Service has not been used, the remaining period of the Service will transfer to the new mainboard.

    6. Service Termination
    6.1 The Service shall automatically terminate under the following conditions:
    (a) The Service validity period has expired;
    (b) In relation to 180 Days Screen Crack Protection, your phone device has utilized the one (1) inner screen replacement and one (1) outer screen replacement provided under the 180 Days Screen Crack Protection;
    (c) In relation to Worry-Free Crack Protection, your phone device has utilized the one (1) inner screen replacement and one (1) outer screen replacement provided under the 1-Year Worry-Free Crack Protection;
    (d) In relation to Half Price Screen Replacement, your phone device has utilized the one (1) inner screen replacement, or one (1) outer screen replacement provided under the Half Price Screen Replacement, according to the screen replacement you purchased; and/or
    (e) If it is determined by an engineer of the HONOR Authorized Service Center that your device has been privately dismantled or unauthorized repairs have been made;
    6.2 If HONOR find that you have deliberately damaged the product to achieve fraudulent purposes, HONOR have the right to terminate the Service and refuse to provide screen replacement service without any responsibility. At the same time, HONOR reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.

    7. Liability Limitations
    7.1 Where permitted by law, HONOR is not responsible for any of the following situations:
    (a) Losses of your records or data;
    (b) All indirect losses caused by product damage (including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income or profit, loss of reputation, loss of spirit, loss of failure time, and any other indirect or incidental losses such as loss of work time) shall not be liable for any other indirect or incidental losses.
    7.2 You agree that If HONOR find that you have deliberately damaged the product to achieve fraudulent purposes, HONOR have the right to terminate the Service and refuse to provide screen replacement service without any responsibility. At the same time, HONOR reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities. will only provide you with legal products and services on the basis of "as is" and "as available", and you are responsible for using this product at your own risk. If you are a minor, you should also obtain the consent of your guardian. Unless otherwise expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, HONOR Malaysia does not make any implied statement or guarantee for this service (except as otherwise provided by law).
    7.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HONOR and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities or claims including reasonable attorney's fees, initiated/made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any document(s) incorporated by reference, your misuse of the Service or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.
    7.4 To the fullest extent permissible by laws, you agree to discharge and release HONOR and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to the Service.

    8. Customer Consent for Personal Data Use
    By providing personal data, customers consent to its use by HONOR for service-related purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws. This includes promotional activities and administrative matters related to the service.

    9. Confirmation of Personal Data Provision
    By providing personal data, the Customer(s) confirm that:
    9.1 they agree and consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data for the purposes of the provision of the Service, in accordance with applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and
    9.2 they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR's Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agree that HONOR and/or its agents and/or third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email, or other methods in connection with this Service.

    10. Recycling of the Replaced Malfunction Spare Parts
    You acknowledge and agree that the property rights of faulty parts replaced during repairs using this service belong to us, and we will recycle them through HONOR Authorized Service Centers.

    11. Dispute Resolution
    If there is a dispute during the implementation of the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the parties to the dispute can resolve it through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached after negotiation, all parties to the dispute shall apply to the court in Malaysia to resolve it through litigation according to Malaysia law.
